/fit/, I can no longer use the gym in my town for various reasons. All I have to work with is 2 15 pound dumbells, a 60 pound adjustable dumbell, and an ez curl bar with 70 pounds on it.

I've been OHP and curling with the curl bar, lateral raises with the 15 pounds, and dumbell rows with the 60 pounders while also doing pushups and bike rides. Is there any other exercises I can do? After 2 days of the same workouts I have to rest because those muscles are just blasted. pic unrelated

I like knowing that my food didn't scream and that I didn't turn someone's brother, mother, son or friend to poop.
Animal food produces a lot of CO2 and CH4, and consumes way too much water
Plant food, like potatoes and lentils, is cheap as fuck
There is zero benefit to eating meat. All the nutrients can be found in plants, fortified plant foods, or supplements if you are lazy.
The only reason people eat meat is taste, convenience, habit and tradition.
Being vegan does not require extra effort or being an activist. All it requires is visiting the legume aisle instead of the corpse aisle in the supermarket. That's all.
Respond to this post if you want to waste your time, I am now hiding your shit bait thread from the catalog. Enjoy your decadent and immoral choices. Your food didn't have a choice.

For me, willpower is just another word for passion, determination, etc. For ex my goal is a 500 lb squat, and my training max is 445. Im running a program made by candito that is tough and the intensity to hit the reps is super high. But thats all its about. If i fail a required rep, my goal weight goes down. Its simply how bad do you want something in this world. If you want it bad enough, you dont need crappy fake "im gunna do this today!" You just simply do it, or dont do it.

I had the same because I showered every day. When you shower, you wash natural oil away and your skin knows it and produces even more oil.

I started showering every other day or even less frequently and it all cleared up almost within a few weeks.

Doing SS currently Monday Wednesday Friday and bench has stalled out at 155.
Would adding extra chest work on OHP day like weighted dips help, or should I go on Saturday too for more chest work ?
