Does anybody get randomly disgusted with the food they are eating?

I am eating a chicken's runny egg that would have formed into a baby chick, cow's milk meant for their offspring, and a chunk of a pig's flesh.

I feel disgusted for 5 mins then i go back to not giving a fuck.

You guys were joking about the "1g of protein per lb. of body weight" thing, r-right?? People act like that's achievable from diet alone (no supplements / whey) but it seems impossible. Even when I eat a shitload of protein dense foods I can barely get over 100g, and I weigh about 160 lbs.

Please tell me this is a fucking meme...

So many people on /fit/ seem to struggle socially and hope that getting big will help them overcome their lack of social skills. Tell me, /fit/, what do you find so hard about interacting with other people? Tell me your problems, and we will try to tackle them together.

Also, how long does it take for muscles to atrophy? My gym is closed tomorrow and the next time I'll be able to do back/shoulders is Thursday. Will I lose muscle?

honestly sugar is one of the most addictive substances on the planet even more addicting than cocaine. how do you quit something you have a dependency on? realistically you can't quit it, treat it like a drug addiction and slowly taper off, find alternatives like coffee and tea, if you sweeten them try and use very little sugar, eventually you will be ok with 1 or 2 spoons of sugar in a big cup of coffee or even none. Better than the 30 spoons of sugar in every bottle of soda
educating yourself on sugar might also help you with your goals if you have a brain

there is a reason for that, artificial sweeteners will actually make you gain more weight than regular because of the response in the body to the level of sweetness. Stick to the real sugar since you are addicted to it, just taper off and reduce intake over time while being more active

It is a free and efficient way to lose fat and get your heart in shape. It clears the mind. It burns a fuck ton of calories letting you eat whatever you want. Last of all, humans are built for long distance running, out of all known species we are the absolute best at running long distances.

Eat more if you wanna keep gains. Jogging just 20 minutes a day is not going to burn too many calories, but it will get your heart working better and overall help your gains. Also face gains from running are a very real thing.

If you are a disgusting lardass over 250lbs, don't run because you will fuck up your knees, do low impact cardio and maybe put down the fucking donuts. If you are really out of shape and can't even run for 2 minutes without stopping, then do couch to 5k. If you can jog for 20 minutes without stopping(don't worry about mileage yet), then just keep jogging everyday, doing a little bit more each time.

Now get off the computer and go do your cardio, then come back and shitpost.
