I've been lifting seriously for 2 months , but I don't notice any gains. I gained about 3 lbs of water weight when I started creatine but my weight has stayed the same otherwise.
I focus on compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench press , shoulder press , rows) and go 6 times a week.
My lifts went up the first 5 weeks , but they've stayed the same for the last 3 weeks.
