Are there any real benifits to doing pushups on your knuckles? I heard they strengthen the wrists, not sure though. I'm a complete noob by the way.

It works your forearms.
Can alleviate wrist pain if you have bad form or inflexible wrists. Strengthens wrists/forearms. Slightly increases ROM. You need a softish surface to do them on though or your knuckles will be kill.
Since it's really important to save certain things for the next generation I just made this...thing...

It´s abdomen training, sit on the seat with your back against it. The 2 belts go under each side of your uper elbow. Pull forward to a nearly 45 ° angle with your complete upper body. Back to normal but keep it pulled, don´t go to the position where it´s complete in the starting position
