Today I did this but more smoothly and jumping up two rungs at a time then with 5 pull-ups at the top.
The aim is to train for the time I keep telling myself I will apply to be on Ninja Warrior but in reality probably never will do.

Drink an oatmeal protein shake every morning. (1 cup rolled oats, 2 cups whole milk, a banana (or handful of berries), a scoop of whey protein)
Go to a few stores (grocery, dollar store whatever) find yourself some cheap trail mix ($2-3 a bag) eat a bag everyday in addition to having 2-3 decent sized meals. Figure up how many calories you're getting. Stick with that for a week or two and see if you start gaining. If you do, keep doing it, if you don't, add another meal somewhere in the day. Drink as much milk as you can stand, substitute what you can for milk.

So for my whole life all the hair on my body has been dark brown. But that recently started changing, and now:

>eyebrows turned light brown
>facial hair turned reddish blonde
>Arm hair turned light blonde
>Pubes turned bright red with some gray
>Leg hair turned jet black
So I went from having a homogenous hair color to having several different ones at once. The only thing I'm doing differently than ever before is that I'm in the best physical shape of my life due to working as a contractor and lifting

Only time my hair changed color is when I had alopecia after a traumatic incident that left me hospitalized for a week. The bald spot grew back blond so I looked pretty cool i guess
