Greetings /fit/, I'm a robot from /r9k/. I'm 26, 5'3'' ft tall and 123 lbs. Although I'm skinny, I want to lose the belly fat, improve my posture and build some stamina. The problem is that I don't really like going outside, so walking is out of the equation. Can someone recommend me a few light exercises to do at home? I was thinking about doing some squats like Zack Fair does in Crisis Core (pic related), but some people said it's the wrong way of doing it.

Fat loss is more about diet though. Start eating more protein and less overall calories.

Look up PSMF if you want to fast track it.

All that said, being so small, its hard to lose the last bits of fat, its called stubborn fat for a reason.

I have eaten it twice yesterday, but small portions. I has farting like a mad man all day up until I took a dump just now. It sorta died down. I read that broccoli does this to you, as well as cabbage, kale, and cauliflower. Life is a bitch.

Yeah probably. I normally eat tacos (ground turkey) or chicken wings (baked) because I preprep that stuff for myself to last me a week. From what you say, it sounds like my body will get used to the "healthy" stuff eventually. That is good to know.

Luckily I have a 24 gym just a couple miles away. It's in a smallish town with people who don't really workout so it's never full or it has a few people who are dedicated. Feels good man

I've had it for about 10 months now, it came overnight I think. It can go away, but apparently you have to rest and wait it out. I have a very physical job, so I'm fucked regardless, so I may as well go to the gym in the meantime.

Hi /fit/, I'm into Thai Boxing and need some advice.
I practice Thai 3 times a week and it's pretty intense. Training lasts 1 hour. I have little to no spare time lately so Thai became the my one and only workout.
Problem is Thai workout focus too much on legs and abs. I developed big legs but upper body is shit.
This situation is affecting my fists too. Fists came out strong from body but feel weak on impact.

What to do?
