Does anyone here experience some severe testosterone spikes for long periods of time at seemingly random?

For some background on my health i practice mma 3 hours a day 4x a week and do yoga and weightlifting 3x a week. I don't touch supplements or steroids since i don't compete.

I'm on a vegetarian diet heavy in eggs and leafy greens.

I'm 30 now, but since 21 when i started training i have noticed that periodically i experience a feeling of increased hormones for periods of 2 to 8 months at random intervals.

Women become more attractive, even ones i generally find ugly start to look good, i start to feel a meathead contempt for people that i perceive as too weak mentally or physically, my performance in the gym increases, and i just generally have an urge to find other sexual partners. It's not horniness, it's this desire to just get involved with women. I also get an urge to just exercise all the time.

I did some research and see that testosterone levels cycle seasonally, but i seem to experience very drastic spikes for quite long periods at random.

What's interesting about it to me is that i can feel the way i perceive the world change almost overnight.

I have been lifting for like 1 year now and I see literally no change in my shoulders. whenever I train shoulders I cannot feel DOMS the day afterwards unlike my other lifts. I can't feel the burn either when I do my priority lifts like shoulder press & military press. I can feel a slight burn in my accesory lifts like the lateral raises but still, no gains. I feel like I train my shoulders more on my damn chest days

I've been overweight almost all my life. Had a good period in high school when I was /fit/ for a couple of years but wasn't able to obtain it after school ended. I'm now 23, 183 cm and weigh 132 kg (290 pounds). My two biggest problems as I see it is that im very lazy and lack motivation to get /fit/. I spend most of my time playing computer games and browsing 4chan.

I have a gym card that I get free from work and I want to get started again, but I need help with motivation, schedule and rutines. I also need help making a good diet that I can keep. My goal is to lose weight to around 80-90 kg depending on what muscle mass I achieve.

Any /fit/fags out there who want to help a fatfag like me?

If I get the help I need I will post updates occationally so you can follow the development

How the fuck do you guys bulk?

My appetite completely tanked and eating half a meal was a ridiculous task. Used to make fun of skellies for it lmao

Just try to get used to it and it'll get easier. Try shots of olive oil, gross but you can stomach it.

Yet we all know the simple fact that Bodybuilders are the least athletic of anyone in the gym.

Oh wow.. you can wait 5 to 10 minutes so you can lift something that's not even heavier than what a Powerlifter or Olympic Lifter can lift just so you can look pretty in a bikini on a show stage.

I call them meat cows.
So my biggest question is, why do meat cows have this ego and belief that they're tough? Literally all they can do is try to stare at you and flex while sitting to look bigger like a puffer fish.

Meanwhile even normies get less tired walking up some stairs.

Please, if you're a meat cow, drop your ego at the gym.
