So, /fit/ I'm a morbidly obese college student.
I've already lost about 35 lbs (390 to 355) and my end goal is about 190 (6' 0")
My goal is to be in good enough shape to enlist in the reserves in 2 years.
I understand the weight loss aspect, but was wondering if there were any exercise routines that would be easy for someone of my stature.

At that weight, if you want exercise, walking. Light lifting if you have some weights around. Mostly though just walking.

Just take long strolls in the evenings when the sun is going down and it's nice and kinda cool outside. Keep up the diet.

What about swimming? I have free access to a pretty nice pool. The weight isn't even stressing me out. Just the possible loose skin/being in good cardiovascular shape.

I switched to a 2500 calorie diet. I don't excersize much. Should I switch to a 2000 cal/day diet?

1g is a good starting dose, get some capsules you can take it in so you don't have to taste the shitty flavor.

Its very real and not a meme, I've used it before with definite effects, they used to give it to cosmonauts to calm them down without impairing their cognitive abilities

You should try out phenibut in a social setting to really notice the effects. Especially if you normally suffer from social anxiety.

Be careful though the shit will give you bad withdraws if you take to much and your tolerance to it gets higher every time you take it

Is a diet enough to lose weight?

I'm not overweight but I'm not happy with my body either and I can't do regular exercising because I have to look over my family. My brother thinks a diet is nothing without exercising What do you guys think?

Yes diet is 99% of weight loss.

I was a 220lbs fatty and dropped to 180lbs before doing any real exercise. Just by eating a lean diet with no junk foods

I've been experiencing this for a year now. Constant coughing up of yellow mucous, day in day out.

Doctor's been useless - sputum test and chest x-rays clear but he says my nose is inflamed and keeps prescribing antibiotics that do jack shit to improve things.

This is really starting to take a toll on me, having to slink away during the day to spend 10 minutes coughing shit up.

Anyone experienced this sort of thing and have any advice?

This is more about him as a person than whether steroids are good or bad.

Steroids are a tool to reach higher heights. They come with side effects and sacrifices must be made. If this is worth it to you then great, if not, then you can only blame yourself when you realise you can't have the best of both worlds.

Personally, I use tesosterone but no other steroids, and the cost:benefit is fantastic.
I wouldn't ever try tren or other stronger compounds because I know the side effects would suck too much to validate the gains for me personally.

You just sound insecure OP. When people tell others what they are doing is wrong or bad, its rarely out of a selfless need to look after them. Its more often than not a way to justify your own decisions.

My goal was to deadlift 200kg@74kg

Now I've got that I'm not really bothered.

I feel like deadlifts are completely overrated for hypertrophy and that my energy would be better spent doing other stuff.

Long story short had to go on antidepressants.. Don't want them to impede my goals... Just curious if anyone has any advice or knowledge on any adverse inter reactions between Zoloft and supplements/protein powders etc. Thanks in advance.
