This is an egg-in-a-cup. It is basically chopped up toast mashed up with hard-boiled eggs. It's delicious and served in a cup.

I just realized that I've never bought buttermilk before. Whenever a recipe calls for it I just use the lemon juice/vinegar trick to make my own sour milk. Is there any real reason to buy it when it's so easy to substitute?

Now I cook pork like beef and its amazing.
