I enjoy the taste of meat. I enjoy hunting and fishing. I think it's pants-on-head retarded to eliminate an entire category of foods from my diet for an arbitrary reason. I'd rather not be dependent on supplements for vital nutrients for the rest of my life. I don't want to be "that guy" when eating with others. while you're eating it, it's bites of fish, unless they are small, bitesized fish, then you are literally eating a fish per bite. If you're in the process of eating a fish, it is only still a fish while it is whole. After that, it's part of a fish.
Digestion breaks down the fish and combines it with other things you've eaten, and dead blood cells. This is no longer fish, except for maybe at a molecular level if you're not digesting it fully.
While it may become possible to filter the fish out of your poop and recombine it back into a fish, would you really want to?
Dangit guys. I left my cast iron skillet on medium heat to dry but I lost track of time. When I came back less than an hour later the seasoning in the middle started to flake off and now it looks like this.
How do you guys recommend I go about reseasoning it? Do I need to remove all the current seasoning? How do I do that if that's the case?

I LOVE STEW. I love making it, I love experimenting with it, I love eating it. Tell me your favourite stew recipes, and how you like to prepare it.
I keep it simple. Cube my beef, brown it with bacon. Let it cook/braise for hours w/ some wine. Throw in the usual carrots, tatos, onions in the right sequence. Only thing I do some don't is add brussel sprouts. It's a good way to introduce them for people who hate em. Little cabbages that just soak up the flavor.
Woah, hold on, there's still a little meat left on that bone, take that home throw it in a pot of water with some potatoes and carrots, baby you got yourself a stew.

I love brussels sprouts, and both cauliflower and broccoli. Wine great, but sometimes I like to braise with beer, preferably wheat pale ale, or you could marinade meat in it for a day.
