What can I do with this? I have eggs, pasta, butter, two small leftover steaks, milk, bunch of apples, spices, herbs and sweet and sour sauce. I'm out of ideas, and I'm hungry.

I like to microwave it a bit when it's done to get that cafeteria mouth feel.
A soft-boiled egg is good over that too; just put some water and a dash of vinegar (your sweet & sour sauce will suffice) in a ramekin, crack an egg or two in it, and microwave at half power for one minute. Continue zapping at half power for twenty seconds at a time until you get opaque whites.
You could additionally cook the steak and serve that over it. If you've got some flour too, make a roux and brag about it on 4chan.

Boil water for the pasta.
Season and cook the steaks and set aside. Add butter to the pan, stir it around, then deglaze with milk, and top it off with enough milk to create a sauce. Add flour to thicken, season with salt, pepper, pinch of nutmeg. Slice steak, and add, add pasta, mix, and serve.
