Shepherds salad-
1 cup diced tomato
1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup diced green onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs lemon juice, or juice from 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Goes great as a side with any protein.

I drink unsweetened almond milk and it tastes identical to low fat milk. I even let my dad try some cereal with it and he couldn't tell the difference. It's about the same price as well.
