So , it's already 4 AM and I still can't sleep ;
What you guys do to fall asleep ? I think my depression/anxiety is what is keeping me up to this hours , but I can't really found anything to get tired. Do you guys use any medication or a natural solution ?

/adv/, I am currently considering a job in the Army as Calvary however I would like to know how dangerous it is. I understand that it is a very dangerous job by itself, but I would like to know how commonly do they go into combat.

There's one guy who always talks shit to me when he sees me. I have thick skin so I don't care what he thinks, but I've been toying with the idea of asking him why he disrespects me and then when he responds I'll tell him that if it makes him feel better he can talk all the shit he wants because I don't care.

Is this a good move or will this backfire on me? Again, I don't care if he keeps talking shit, but it will be good if he stops or does it less. I just don't want it to get worse than just verbal nonsense. Should I maintain the status quo or try switching up the formula?

This is advice about shitting so like if you're grossed out easily this thread isn't for you.

Basically, I was raised to wipe my ass with a bidet and then wipe dry with toilet paper. Had rich foster parents so our toilets had them.

This is usually never an issue because private bathrooms of course have sinks which I can use to wet toilet paper and essentially do a half-assed (lol) bidget so to speak which afetrwards has me feeling fine. When it comes to normie public restrooms I just avoid unless its an emergency


During an emergency (ie: MUST SHIT NOW situation) sure I do the dry wipe. It sucks. I'm a hairy guy (scottish) so I just come home with matted shit hair and dingleberries. It feels gross up until I come home and at that point I need to actually shower. I heard some people use the toilet water to clean themseleves but that is absolutely disgusting and at that point Id rather just dry wipe.

Anyways, this is now a problem because I work full time and attend university full time. I wake up early and take a shit but its never the whole thing. By 5PM after classes I need to shit but my shift starts at 6PM. Ofc the campus and my workplace just has regular public toilets. Thus far Ive just dealt with work then rush home and take a fat shit.

Some Muslim kid online talked about bringing a waterbottle with them in the abthroom but idk seems unsanitary if you take the water bottle out.

Is there a way I can make myself shit everything in the morning?

Ok. So my wife of 6 years has been treating me like shit lately. I ended up putting a recording device on her person before she left to work one day and overheard a conversation she had with a white co-worker. She told him "I've been wanting a pink baby in my life. I do not want a yellow baby, I want it to stay a blank color. I just thought I would let you know that." Him: "oh, okay". Being an Asian man, to me, this puts a great amount of perspective on our relationship. I asked her about it and she blew up and i backed down because I knew that if she heard the evidence, she would find a way to make it all backfire on me, a common theme in our relationship lately. She's bought an entire new wardrobe of lingerie and leaves early to work frequently. I then started setting up cameras and she comes home minutes before I walk through the door after work and pretends she's been sleeping for hours. She doesn't want to kiss or hug me anymore but she still buys me clothes, food, school supplies and I am going to see a psychiatrist in a few days for something to help me focus on my school work. I also recently put a hidden camera in the living room and she called him just this mourning. (sexy phone voice) "Okay clock out at 9pm that way we can meet for like an hour. Call me! " I suspect she will be leaving the apartment around 9 today so she can "stop by the store" or something.

I could leave but I would rather have advice about how I can take advantage of this situation, because at this point I feel as though she will be happier if I leave. I WILL be making my exit in a few months when I finish school. No one knows any of this except a few of my friends and the psychiatrist I am about to see. What medication will make me stop giving a fuck and focus on my school work?
