It started off with me on a bus with "classmates" I've never seen before. We were on our way to a submarine for what I assume was a field trip. On the way down to the submarine from the dock thing I could see a man in a scuba suit reading a book to a Dalmatian that was just sitting there in the sea floor the water was clear. Anyway once I was in the submarine something started to attack it and the thing started to flood. I woke up


What makes this dream weird to me is that it makes no sense and it's the one of the only dreams I can remember

So I did a little investigating.

Not only couldn't it connect to my own Wi-Fi but it couldn't detect any wireless signals.
Being a minor tech savvy I decided to poke around a bit and found strange things.
In an attempt to turn on and off my wireless access I found that I couldn't access that function at all.

"What the fuck?"
I asked myself.


I assumed this to be a hardware problem so I quickly took a trip to a nearby place and told them my problem.
They said to come back tomorrow and so I did.
When I got back the clerk gave me the most detesting look I've ever received.

They looked at me with disdain and said that my computer had no problems what so ever.
They even turned it on to reveal that it in fact could connect to the network of the shop just fine.
I scratched my head and apologized for wasting their time.

But once I got back home I was confused beyond description as the machine once again refused to even detect any networks.
I checked again and I couldn't seem to enable or disable the wireless network.

That was late in the night however so I decided to hit the hay and tackle the issue with a fresh mind the next day.
However once I turned it back on I found something...
The issue was gone.

Once more I could freely surf the internet as much as I wanted to.

Months passed like this where my computer seemingly worked correctly whenever it wanted to.
But I noticed that these "downtimes" got longer and longer as things progressed.
In my desperation I took the laptop to a few other places but the results were always the same.

My story ended about 3 days ago once my computer seemingly decided to give up on me and refused to work properly for several days.
Being cut off from the internet I felt myself lost and confused.

I don't know why I did it, perhaps frustration or confusion or just my autism in general forced me to do it, but I decided to hug my laptop.
I embraced the cold machine and embraced it long and hard.

Realizing what a faggot I am I decided to put it down and boot it up.
To my shock it worked flawlessly.
At first I thought it was just a lucky coincidence but in the last 3 days I tested it thoroughly.
Every time I boot it up I hug the damn thing and it works fine.
If I don't it refuses to work properly.

Is the thing growing conscious?
Should I get rid of it and replace it?
