go outside and interact with people.

Death is the way to knowledge.

Everything created during night to wake up today with all the memories, history, knowledge and feelings; nothing proves this is right... nothing proves its wrong!.

Science also cannot prove that the world wasn’t created 5 minutes ago with the appearance of age (and with fake memories in your head, and half-digested food in your stomach, etc

You can go experience this by some kind of magic mushrooms.
You will live a whole life, go to school, marry the girl you love, have children, a job, be a millionare, and die... to wake up after 6 hours to find out it was all in your mind... and live the rest with depression.

Hey /x/ something werid happened to me a hour ago, my family had just came back form having thanksgiving at our Neighbors house, so I stayed out in the living room for a while before going to my room. I decided before I go to my room I should go to the bathroom beacuse I felt like taking a leek, then when I opened my door I looked into the mirror and saw me, but the strange thing was that the me I saw was female and she seemed to be on the opposite side of the mirror, so I was a little surprised but she was also suprised too. So I proceed to go to the middle of the mirror and blink then she was gone and I saw the normal me, now I don't know if this is some alternate dimension shit or something supernatural so please tell me what happened.

Can you guys help me find the name of a show I used to watch? mostly I want it for one episode that I remember really clearly, but I can't find it anywhere.

The episode was about some woman who lived in a mansion or something, and I specifically remember this part where she's looking over an indoor balcony above the main floor, and she feels a hand touch her shoulder (they show it, it was like a boney decaying hand covered in reddish flesh), she turns around and looks down to see a goat that has a man's face and no eyes, I remember her covering her face because it was supposed to smell of rotting flesh.

Any help would be very appreciated, that's what I remember, I think it may have been A Haunting but there are 9 seasons of that show and I can't find anything on this from any searches.

How long ago? US tv show? What channel? Describe the woman. Is she old? Young? Age? Is it a posh house? Is she white? Why was the goat there? Why was it the husband?

We need more, damnit!!

Just minutes ago i was trying to fall asleep and was suddenly semi paralyzed. I was on my side and several Translucent beings climbed on me. A small child like one was at the edge of the bed watching me waving, one was behind me latched on my back and another sitting on my hips.

I could hear many human like voices saying we can see you and laughing and other chat but most seemed not english. At one point one of the creatures said sister get off him

I grabbed was like a skinned arm of the creature and kept pulling on it to try and yank it off my backbut its arm kept stretching and folding as i pulled. I eventually had about a foot of its arm folded up in my fist and could feel its fingers squirming.

Then as i swiped my arm at one of them i snapped out of paralysis and they vanished.

Are these creatures latched onto me all the time but i can only see them when they want me to during meditation type relaxing?

Okay, /x/, I need your help with this. This is not copypasta, this is a long read, but I feel like my safety or well-being could very well depend on this. This is video game related, specifically Majora's Mask, and this is the creepiest shit that has ever happened to me in my entire life.

Having said that, I recently moved into my dorm room starting as a Sophomore in college and a friend of mine gave me his old Nintendo 64 to play. I was stoked, to say the least, I could finally play all of those old games of my youth that I hadn't touched in at least a decade. His Nintendo 64 came with one yellow controller and a rather shoddy copy of Super Smash Brothers, and while beggars can't be choosers, needless to say it didn't take long until I became bored of beating up LVL 9 CPUs.

That weekend I decided to drive around a few neighborhoods about twenty minutes or so off campus, hitting up the local garage sales, hoping to score on some good deals from ignorant parents). I ended up picking up a copy of Pokemon Stadium, Goldeneye (fuck yeah), F-Zero, and two other controllers for two dollars. Satisfied, I began to drive out of the neighborhood when one last house caught my attention. I still have no idea why it did, there were no cars there and only one table was set up with random junk on it, but something sort of drew me there. I usually trust my gut on these things so I got out of the car and I was greeted by an old man. His outward appearance was, for lack of a better word, displeasing. It was odd, if you asked me to tell you why I thought he was displeasing, I couldn't really pinpoint anything - there was just something about him that put me on edge, I can't explain it. All I can tell you is that if it wasn't in the middle of the afternoon and there were other people within shouting distance, I would not have even thought of approaching this man.

He flashed a crooked smiled at me and asked what I was looking for, and immediately I noticed that he must be blind in one of his eyes; his right eye had that "glazed over" look about it. I forced myself to look to his left eye instead, trying not to offend, and asked him if he had any old video games.

I was already wondering how I could politely excuse myself from the situation when he would tell me he had no idea what a video game was, but to my surprise he said he had a few ones in an old box. He assured me he'd be back in a "jiffy" and turned to head back into the garage. As I watched him hobble away, I couldn't help but notice what he was selling on his table. Littered across his table were rather… peculiar paintings; various artworks that looked like ink blots that a psychiatrist might show you. Curious, I looked through them - it was obvious why no one was visiting this guy's garage sale, these weren't exactly aesthetically pleasing. As I came to the last one, for some reason it looked almost like Majora's Mask - the same heart-shaped body with little spikes protruding outward. Initially I just thought that since I was secretly hoping to find that game at these garage sales, some Freudian bullshit was projecting itself into the ink blots, but given the events that happened afterward I'm not so sure now. I should have asked the man about it. I wish I would have asked the man about it.

After staring at the Majora-shaped blot, I looked up and the old man was suddenly there again, arms-length in front of me, smiling at me. I'll admit I jumped out of reflex and I laughed nervously as he handed me a Nintendo 64 cartridge. It was the standard grey color, except that someone had written Majora on it in black permanent marker. I got butterflies in my stomach as I realized what a coincidence this was and asked him how much he wanted for it.

The old man smiled at me and told me that I could have it for free, that it used to belong to a kid who was about my age that didn't live here anymore. There was something weird about how the man phrased that, but I didn't really pay any attention to then, I was too caught up in not only finding this game but getting it for free.

I reminded myself to be a bit skeptical since this looked like a pretty shady cartridge and there's no guarantee it would work, but then the optimist inside me interjected that maybe it was some kind of beta version or pirated version of the game and that was all I needed to be back on cloud nine. I thanked the man and the man smiled at me and wished me well, saying "Goodbye then!" - at least that's what it sounded like to me. All the way in the car-ride home, I had a nagging doubt that the man had said something else. My fears were confirmed when I booted up the game (to my surprise it worked just fine) and there was one save file named simply "BEN". "Goodbye Ben", he was saying "Goodbye Ben". I felt bad for the man, obviously a grandparent and obviously going senile, and I - for some reason or another - reminded him of his grandson "Ben".

Out of curiosity I looked at the save file. Eyeballing it, I could tell that he was pretty far in the game - he had almost all of the masks and 3/4 remains of the bosses. I noticed that he had used an owl statue to save his game, he was on Day 3 and by the Stone Tower Temple with hardly an hour left before the moon would crash. I remember thinking that it was a shame that he had come so close to beating the game but he never finished it. I made a new file named "Link" out of tradition and started the game, ready to relive my childhood.
>>
For such a shady looking game cartridge, I was impressed at how smoothly it ran - literally just like a retail copy of the game save for a few minor hiccups here and there (like textures being where they shouldn't be, random flashes of cutscenes at odd intervals, but nothing too bad). However the only thing that was a little unnerving was that at times the NPCs would call me "Link" and at other times they would call me "BEN". I figured it was just a bug - a fluke in the programming causing our files to get mixed up or something. It did kind of creep me out though after a while, and it was around after I had beaten the Woodfall Temple that I regrettably went into the save files and deleted "BEN" (I had intended to preserve the file just out of respect of the game's original owner, it's not like I needed two files anyway), hoping that that would solve the problem. It did and it didn't, now NPCs wouldn't call me anything, where my name should be in the dialogue there was just a blank space (my save file name was still called "Link", though). Frustrated, and with homework to do, I put the game down for a day.

I started playing the game again last night, getting the Lens of Truth and working my way towards completing the Snowhead Temple. Now, some of you more hardcore Majora's Mask players know about the "4th Day" glitch - for those who don't you can Google it but the gist of it is that right as the clock is about to hit 00:00:00 on the final day, you talk to the astronomer and look through the telescope. If you time it right the countdown disappears and you essentially have another day to finish whatever you were doing. Deciding to do the glitch to try and finish the Snowhead Temple, I happened to get it right on the first try and the time counter at the bottom disappeared.

The practice of healing lends credibility to churches all over the world, despite their distinct lack of knowledge,
thus raising the question: are diseases like lupus, where cells from a person's lymphatic system begin to attack the rest of the body, spiritual in nature?

pic related: erratic behavior tends to be common in schools, where other students are forced to witness it, thus corrupting their sensibilities with grotesque memories
to understand this scenario for yourself, imagine if you had a nightmare once a week where you saw someone tear off a scab and throw it at you
certainly that would be a disturbing intrusion on any person's spirit

No.

Healing in churches happens because Jesus Christ is alive and still heals in the modern day, among other things.

When you get saved, you invite Jesus to live inside you in the form of God's Holy Spirit, or the very Spirit of Jesus Himself.

The same amount of Jesus, and His power, is inside every believer. But depending on your Faith, that determines how much of Him gets let out.

A believer is merely a "hose" of sorts. A vessel, or a conduit for the Holy Spirit. In essence, a saved Christian is "possessed" by God, and by Jesus Christ Himself. If the believer has enough Faith, and that Faith is exercised in accordance with God's will, then the believer can theoretically generate any miracle that Jesus did, and maybe more.

The reason healings are so common in believing Christians that know Jesus closely and have great Faith, is because Jesus always wills to heal. He doesn't always will lots of other stuff that gets prayed for, and make no mistake, it's not the power of the believer making it happen, it's the Living God inside the believer in Spirit form. That's why even believers of great faith don't always get what they want.

Throw in free will, and there's always plenty of chance for all of it to fuck up anyway, because God will not step on Free Will.

Spirituality is a lens of understanding.

Modern Science is also a lens of understanding, that with great clarity of intention filters out the conscious aspect of the body's entropy. (If that sentence doesn't make sense, go learn a physics or mathematical definition of entropy, and consider that I'm speaking literally.) Out of all the possible states that a body can be in, patterns are found, and from these patterns, if consciousness plays a deciding factor, anatomy under the lens of Modern Science chooses to not record that pattern, and in this way filters its understanding of cause and effect.

Now. With the lens of spirituality, ALL diseases are understood as conflicts between a person's body, mind and soul. This is the nature of organics. When your heart aches for want of love, that's actually a wound. A literal spiritual wound. And you can now sense for love, because the wound heals when you're close to it! Hunger is the sensation of your stomach dissolving its own lining for food, literally yourself from the inside out. The process of self inflicted injury and healing of that injury is how an organic's spirit moves with amoebic motion through time and space.

It's why a certain degree of enlightenment, and patience, is necessary to become a healer. If you go at it with the machine like mentality of "injury is bad thing" and "health is good thing" then you'll either constipate the organic cycle, or become depressed at knowing that you'll never be in perfect health. Perfection was never the point of these kinds of systems. All motion in life begins with imperfection, and the events which spark with friction from correction of that imperfection become the seeds for the next batch of imperfection, so the cycle continues.

Working as intended.

There is one thing I can think of though, regarding the Effect, and it's this.

When I was a kid, Masons were a regular part of everyday life. I walked past their Hall every day on my way to school, never thinking it was anything more than a fixture of my community, like the fire hall, or the grocery store. Their hall was a shared facility- it also served as the Legion Hall for our veterans. It was beside the Catholic church. The Mayor was an openly admitted member of the lodge, it was an accepted, and good part of my community. I moved away at 18, thousands of km away and spent ten years away before making my money and moving back to the valley. The Mason's did not have a hall anymore, they did not advertise in the paper anymore, nor did anyone seem to know any members anymore- like I said, all the old boys loved by the town were part of the lodge. In ten years they had seemingly dropped out of sight physically, but also dropped out of popular knowledge. They'd become mysterious. This bothered me because I'd become associated with them only a couple of years before moving back. I spent time with a Mason in my home province, though in a different city. He was hooked up and was up to date on every membership application and acceptance that passed in that province. That's how it works, every single member much say yes before anyone gets in- hundreds of people must say yes. He would regularly report the roster changes of my home lodge to me as a matter of course. People I grew up with were becoming members. Then I went home like I said after ten years, and, it's like it was all smoke. I've talked to one of those people from my past that I'd heard made it, he admitted he was a Mason. He said it was a fun group of people who liked to get together and shoot the shit kind of thing.

Either these people pull their claws in from generation to generation or something else is going on. I should have officially gotten in when I had the chance.

My reality has shifted 5 times. The world map changed for me at least 3 times. Ancient structures like the pyramids are different.

This really is happening.

Ive never been able to find anyone who experienced or even heard of something similar. One time i woke up, sat up, looked around my room (like i always do) and then became paralysed. It was text book sleep paralysis (including an instant sense of full on dread), except for WHEN it occurred and the fact that i couldnt even move my eyes. Anyone ever hear of or experience something similar.

Because it is relatively related, I also would later experience text book old-hag syndrome, but i have never experienced true sleep paralysis, although more recently i have nightmares about it.

i went to my bros house for the first time in many months, and as ive told you guys in the past, hes a hoarder basically / doesnt clean anything - anyway, he has a very strange phenomenon in his fridge: the upper part (freezer) is 100% empty (i cleaned it for him a year ago and he never bought more food) and the bottom is filled 100% with rotten food / mold etc. However, when you open the top, there are thousands of tiny dead flies on all surfaces - the larvae on the rotting food below are producing flies which then fly up thru the vents to reach the freezer on top and then they are dying because it is too cold
