Hi /x/
I need help
I dont dream,ever
Like,I know i do but i never EVER remember.
Maybe like once half a year I remember 10secs of a dream and that's it.
Its just black void all the time.
Like I close my eyes and wake up instantly.
Any idea why?
And how can i remember dreams?
Is this related to the pineal gland somehow?
>>18559714
yeah it's related to the pineal gland. it excretes a chemical responsible for dreams, and over time, especially if you watch a lot of tv and drink fluoridated water, it begins to crystallize. what you need to do is juice your pineal gland. jenkem is the quickest and most effective catalyst for pineal juicing.
really i don't know, i don't have nearly as much dream recall as i used to either. i think taking pharmaceutical psych meds for years has had something to do with it, but that's just a guess.
>>18559714
actually there some cavities in the brain that control that if you were exposed to some harmful phenomena like high volume noises they might become damaged and permanently open causing you not to dream
Its common for people who've been to wars and saw a lot of combat to have trouble dreaming
>>18559760
Is that condition treatable or it doesn't have a cure?
>Be Me
>Be chilling on facebook
>i know i am a degenerate for using facebook but stfu
>add pretty much everyone
>someone adds me with my last name
>months later, (just now)
>answer the call, see a bald african man
>ask "who is this"
>he replies "its me, your grandfather"
>my father is african/german
>told me about my grandad years ago
>said he was a bald african man
>my grandad died years ago
>did i talk with a ghost or did my grandfather fake his death?
I am not joking, I am dead serious, I swear on my life.
Has all the facial features of my father.

sounds like you've plorp blorp the flooblbooblplaps.
if the person who contacted you has activity taking place on their social media accounts, they're most likely a real person and not any kind of ghost encounter.
not sure why you're throwing faked death in there, that's just a random possibility which you haven't provided enough information to address.
>>18559652
How the fuck should we know? Talk to him and ask him questions.
Don't know why or how but all of the sudden i have a weird infatuation with this one video that a found a while back, it was on youtube so i encourage you to find it if it peaks your interests.
Idk what it was about it, but i need it, the video depicted a hand swaying side to side, appearing and disappearing from the cameras view in doing so. there was nothing else to view other than the hand and the ground it was hovering over, in the background a simple guitar loop (the loop was fairly slow, with a sort of down tone while being played-like a shoegaze song) was being played and the video lasted over 50 seconds atleast.
do you remember how many views it had? and why do you need the video
>>18559658
under 100 atleast, also, i remember seeing the video few years back and the music was memorable to me in some sort of weird way.
bruh searching for a video with around 100 views without knowing the title is like jumping into the ocean to find a grain of sand
What belief systems hope to speed up the end of existence?
>>18559629
But we all know it just starts over again the moment it "ends."
I guess in the sense that I hope everything topples over for something else to fill the vacuum, i spose my very loose belief system hopes the same thing.

What do you think it is?
In the Bible God strongly condemns magics and witchcraft. In Hinduism there are still powers that seem unearthly to us, yet in their old religion they have always been, we merely forgot them. Are the meditative powers of Hinduism magic. Or are they natural and of God for man? For instance, with inner thought, not spell nor sacrifice, one of the "natural powers" is the ability to manipulate the weight of the self and other things. It seems like magics but it requires nothing but pure focus. Would that be considered magic?
>>18559618
Or rather, would it break the Biblical quotes in reference to otherworldly powers. God's main concern seemed to be unnatural communication with the dead. Or magics that need some form of life to sacrifice to activate. Or those with evil intent of course.
>>18559618
There is 1 major difference in natural practices and magic. Natural comes from your environment and therefore within, and magic comes from a source littereally cut off from the universe an outisede force which means it holds little uncommon with our world, and often leads to problems because of that
>>18559618
Hinduism and Buddhism increase ones chakra and Chi. This is growing ones own raw spiritual power. The European traditions of magic mostly call upon magical beings or summons.
Time Travel,
I'm willing to believe that we can, though not physically- but spiritually. If astral projection is a real phenomenon by which our souls leave our bodies into a realm that transcends linearity of time and space, then I do not think it is a stretch of the imagination to think that we can time travel in our dreams/ astral projections. What do you guys think? Know of any ways to do this? Spells? Rituals? General thoughts?
>>18559573
you're approaching this from the wrong angle
thank me later
i'm out
>>18559573
You can only effect past events as much as you did. Which means even if I told you how, youbwont achieve it, because your results have not been achieve already, you can change an event responsible for you getting to the point to change it in the first place. To.e travel would blow your mortal mind, because you clearly can understand that with the travel involved or not you are where you are because of past events, even if those past events involved your future self. Time isn't set I'm stone, but you can change your own past it is impossible, but you can change the present you belong to
>>18559585
Not trying to influence past or future, I'm simply looking for a means to re-experience, and gain insight into myself more.
Please tell me.
>>18559578
Meh. Sorry- I'm as stuborn as a bull.
If you know how, please tell me.
If YOU received and were chosen to relay a message from "the divine unknown" which contained information essential to its intended recipient(s), how would YOU ensure that the message was delivered, read, and understood by the receiving party without knowing who they are or the earliest possible point in time they would be able to functionally receive the message?
>>18559564
not enough information.

Step 1: verify information is true and that you aren't being tricked.
I could really use some help. I was told this was where to go. Has anyone ever heard of an entity called Pontchartrain? A man is missing and I feel like this fucker has something to do with it. Nobody knows anything. I threw his final snap story together... So weird. This is the YouTube link.
https://youtu.be/2PJN2j79XL8
I created the channel solely for this. I gotta know. I just can't stop saying it.
The image is of his final Facebook post. Its so weird I couldn't make this shit up. Could this be a demon or something?
Skinwalkers
>>18559522
It does not seem like this man is interested in your aid OP. Why are you doing this?
Do you know him? If so how?
>>18559522
Based on the video I get the feeling that the guy is deeply mentally unstable, to the point where he's spouting what he thinks is "funny" commentary.
I'm no shrink but it looks like some light personality disorder coupled with the millennial need for constant attention.
What exactly are you speculating here?

I am a 21 year old lonely male. Please help me learn how to summon a succubus to ease the pain. I really need this.
>>18550334
Go there and get in line with the other 500 lonely males.
Step 1:
Sacrifice a virgin.
Step 2:
U DED
>>18559436
Fuck off i'm not a virgin, i have over 1000 hours on nekopara
I'm new to /x/ and honestly have been kinda avoiding it, but i can't find help anywhere else so here i am.
some context. i've always had very weird dreams and sleep paralysis, often time they are encounters with an alien like succubus. recently i've been seeing more and more weird symbols and creatures in my dreams. I'm wondering if anyone else recognizes any of these things.
the succubus
front of the watchers
I've been desperately trying to find a game I played a few years back, it was an rpgmaker game iirc, it basically started out under the guise of being a sort of side scrolling shooter where you were some kind of aircraft and the game would get more and more creepy? It would talk to you on death screens and shit. It was also one of those things where it would close itself and new files would show up in the game folder, I remember one of them being a newspaper article about a house fire?
If anybody can help me out that would be sick, otherwise suggest some horror games!
>>18559041
almost sounds like eversion, but that's not about an air craft at all
Slave of God
http://www.increpare.com/2012/12/slave-of-god/
I advise you not play this game if you are epileptic or prone to seizures. This game will be particularly horrifying if you are the type who frequents nightclubs.
Where's the pic from, OP?
>>18560448
I thinkn it may be Yume Nikki, I'm not OP though.
/k/ommando here, I'm working on a DnD style game for /k/ based on innawoods, and I'm at the bit where I have to define enemy types. I want to add spoops, but don't go here so I wouldn't know.
I've heard of skinwalkers and dogmen, but don't know their size or what they are supposed to be like
>>18558964
Where to begin? I'll link a thing explaining fleshgaits, goatmen, and skinwalkers, that's plenty spoopy, but it doesn't really have height/weight.
Goatmen I would assume are between 6-7 feet tall, about an average build.
Skinwalkers, whatever Native American stereotypes you care to fuck with (honestly, go ham. For the creatures, I'd make them big. Like, if the skinwalker is a wolf, make them more like a direwolf).
For fleshgaits, think a skinny twink that's been stretched like taffy, and doesn't like it being pointed out.
>>18558987
I like it so far, bumping
>>18558964
Godspeed anon
Excerpt from a text that I thought serious book readers on /x/ might like, "Spooky Action at a Distance" by Musser. It's about non-locality in physics -- the idea some things don't have to be touching or even in the same place to influence each other. Such as magnetism, gravity, and whatever the fuck Quantum Mechanics' entanglement turns out to be doing.
The selection is an aside into magic's role in all this. Not for everyone, so feel free to ignore if wall of text isn't for you.
