I'm new to /x/ and honestly have been kinda avoiding it, but i can't find help anywhere else so here i am.

some context. i've always had very weird dreams and sleep paralysis, often time they are encounters with an alien like succubus. recently i've been seeing more and more weird symbols and creatures in my dreams. I'm wondering if anyone else recognizes any of these things.

I've seen this guy I'm my paralysis also!
He would throw like hot balls of flame at me and I could only see him through my sheets. I know a ton about sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming so I can help you get rid of it in many different ways.

If you want to get rid of it, you either confront it, or if you are religious you can bring whomever your God is into it, if you choose to confront it, just remember, the things you see in paralysis are HALUCINATIONS. They are not real and you won't be affected by them. So next time you wake up in paralysis, don't be scared. If anything, don't open you eyes. You'll still hear and feel things but I'm sure seeing these things is far worse then hearing them.
