First one was an multiverse game with a singular power level x threat, went awful, second one went alright but was pretty much a continuation with one of the remaining players returning to their world, same with my current high fantasy game.

All using Mutants and Masterminds 3e.

Crossover Age of Sigmar-40k when?

Age of Sigmar just needs to develop a bit more technologically and then it could probably hold its own.

Also it would be good seeing other kinds of realms, alternate dimensions, and universes like a Golden Age society that escaped 40k to another dimension where humanity & friends has its shit together just a little bit better than the imperium. And then stopping by for a visit.

Are you playing 1E, 3E or 2E? In 2E as an eclipse you could also learn principle of motion for some Jotaro style time stop.

Is The World perfectly defending Dio?

You'll need to make a lot of Lore and investigation rolls to find out the extent of his powers from your ST - crossovers tend to work on ST fiat, so you need to make sure the ST is in sync with what you're doing. Otherwise he might decide it's not dramatic enough,

That said here are some thoughts on Dio once you know more on vampire weaknesses

Assuming he's an actual Jojo vampire and not abyssal, sunlight kills him, like Vampire the Masquerade he might take aggravated damage from sunlight - find out where he's hiding during the day and blow up the building

But it seems a bit cheap for such a good foe

If your ST allows it, totemic animas and charms like blazing solar bolt might do aggravated damage, like The Ripple/Hamon

Time stop powers are best countered by area of effect powers, essence draining and total defense.

If you want a free boost of lore how to fight Dio, why not use past lives to get experience of a first age solar fighting Jojo's Pillar Men (perhaps they are behemoths?), the creators of vampires? ST approved of course

Finally have you tried using the Stand Arrow on yourselves?

Usually it's just using Defend Other but I'm not going to say it can't, I don't think the Charms allow it to interrupt our attacks though. Perfects for spirits are expensive as hell from what I remember.

I think he works like a Vampire, times we've seen him have been in a cave system and in a savager lands city where he activated some First Age tech. The original purpose was to kill armies with thunder and lightning but it just ended up shrouding the Scavenger Lands in cloud cover for weeks. He's smart.

From what the Twilight can tell the Arrow has prerequisites you must meet or you instantly die from it. The only one we've nailed down is a description of ones willpower that matches the ninth dot description basically word for word.

I think mtg it by far the best card tcg out their but the amount of money it takes to play in tournament for modern and legacy is just too much. So I started looking into boot leg cards as a way for solve this problem. I looking for information how where to buy/sale and how to can be made.

I have purchased and used fakes from villa zheng, and the quality really varies from card to card. There is another big seller on aliexpress, black lotus or something like that I think, but I'm pretty sure the cards are almost identical so it doesn't matter where you buy them. Some, like force of will, are almost perfect, while some others are pretty bad. I have some lorwyn thoughtseizes that are fairly obvious, although I tried them out at an fnm once and nobody said anything. Duals are decent, but you should rough them up a bit so they don't look near mint, maybe leave them out in the sun for a day. Fetches are solid, especially onslaught ones since older printings had more variance in general, and zendikar ones are ok but some might have some coloration issues. Ultimately, nobody is going to be focusing on whether or not your cards are real and for the most part it's hard to tell when they are double sleeved across the table. Just buy the ones you want and if you happen to get a shitty print run on some of them, oh well they were dirt cheap to begin with. Plus even if you get caught you can just pull the "b-but I payed full price! I was ripped off!!"
