You aren't really sure what to make of your current situation.

You, Goku, and Krillin were searching for something big and dangerous to hunt and eat, and were told about a sea monster. But, now you're separated from Goku and Krillin, and the sea monster has chased you into an underwater cave where a cat lady is standing with a remote control and the largest piles of fish you have ever seen.

"Get out of here, now!" she orders. "This is my cave, and these are my fish! Now get lost unless you want to be cut to pieces!"

A splash behind you draws your attention. Looking over your shoulder, you see Krillin leap so high out of the water that he hits his head on the ceiling, and splashes back down. You watch him float there for a few seconds before he shakes his head and gets out of the water.

"Tofoo, you're alive!" he says with relieved surprise. "Goku and I thought the monster got you!"

"How many kids are going to end up in my cave?" the cat asks. "Both of you, get out of here! This is your last warning!"

She draws a gun, and you're pretty sure she's willing to use it.

a rogue/wizard hybrid that was meant to be an illusionist thief/conman, started at level 1. I had no idea how to properly build a character at the time so he was pretty shit and couldn't mechanically perform anything I wanted him to do. It didn't help that the DM was pretty shit and fast decided that he hated me and my character too.

50s Americana is one of the main themes of Fallout, so it wouldn't really be Fallout anymore. That and there's little to no lore to go on of anybody ever visiting Europe, even though there are working ships. Even then, stuff like super mutants and other mutated animals wouldn't be in, since they're a product of American FEV. It'd just be Threads but less bleak.

Also Moriarty and Tenpenny in FO3 were both from Britain.

Have a look at Degenesis: Rebirth. Set in Europe, post-apoc societies, mutants, building stuff from scraps. It's about a virus causing the mutation though, not about nuclear war.

Well, that depends on the type of undead the lich is using. Against zombies (which are a bad idea because zombies kinda suck) they'd do terribly, as their DR would absorb at least half the bullets and they don't charge, so the pikemen are useless.

Against skeletons, though? Their DR is bypassed by Bludgeoning. That's one of the two damage types bullets do. the peasants would even be able to handle fairly large, scary monsters as long as they can keep their morale up.

the trick is that AoEs and morale would be the largest problems. As soon as the lich realizes this, he'll send a few undead mages or something after the peasants. that's where the heroes come in, I suppose.

Er... dragon's probably gonna die, or close to it, depending on how old it is. they have really fucking low touch AC - the only saving grace is they have DR/Magic when they get old enough. but then, once again, that's where the heroes come in.

honestly, a lot of classic "really big and scary" monsters are laid low by the simple firing line. Hydras, chimeras, minotaurs, horde of ogres, horde of orcs, an evil druid's animal army, pack of werewolves, and so on. Any sort of DR tends to make it harder to deal with the monster in question, but with a D12 damage die, a good number of the muskets are still going to do a fair amount of damage to a solitary creature.

I'm not a fan of the second edition, I don't think it carried over much of what I liked from the first one at all in either setting or rules (Especially rules, though the entire setting has changed as well)

I was following the development pretty closely for a while but dealing with Wick just wore me out and I gave up any hope for it.

The original one was overhyped to hell and then when I actually got around to reading it almost all of it was utter garbage except for like one of the kingdom books.

I haven't read the new one, although i've heard they've added some retarded rules about how the heroes aren't allowed to kill people without becoming NPC villains themselves, but I wouldn't expect much from it based on 1E sucking balls and John Wick being in charge.

Every region has at least a single Shinigami overseeing the spiritual balance of things. Even though they should be my allies in this difficult line of heroic work, if I'm ever seen by one of those guys, they'll try to kill me.
