I've had that before when I was around your age.
What caused my issue, which was pretty obvious at the time, was that I was working unreasonable hours and eating "food" that had almost no nutrition, the first of which was especially uncommon for me.
Once I started to eat food with substance, work less, and get enough sleep, I was able to go back to my old ways, so to speak.

I used to be able to save up like 1k every month. I just to be able to be comfy in my room playing vidya over the internet with the few friends I have. I used to smoke weed and then watch youtube because there is literately nothing to do. I dont want to fucking jump in the pool and have my family laugh at me for my belly and not like fucking overweight obese shit like just a fucking belly.
They deleted all my games from my PC, WHICH I FUCKING BUILD AND PAID MONEY FOR
