>FRANKFURT -- BMW is reviewing the necessity of car keys, Ian Robertson, the company's board member responsible for sales told Reuters.
>The fact that customers now all carry a smartphone and the availability of a BMW App which allows customers to unlock their vehicle, has made old fashioned keys less relevant.
>"Honestly, how many people really need it?" Robertson said in an interview at the Frankfurt car show, explaining that customers no longer had to put the key in the ignition to make the car start.
>"They never take it out of their pocket, so why do I need to carry it around?," Robertson said, adding that the company was looking at getting rid of keys altogether.

PSA: Don't buy a Corbeau DFX seat with the GarageStar brackets. they don't fucking work together. the base of the seat is way too fucking wide even though they say it is one of the thinnest. I beat the fuck out of my transmission tunnel just to fit it in and it still sits to the left of the steering wheel. Also the brackets don't let you slide the seat all the way back to the wall. fuck I'm so mad. $600 down the fucking drain

The one in the pic makes 407HP/471TQ on E85 at 12 PSI, and 325HP/357TQ on 93 octane.
For comparison the 5.0 makes 435 hp/400 lb-ft
Now, I don't know how much turbocharging a V6 affects the fuel economy. Do you think it'll affect the fuel economony a lot?

I do like the V8 but since after I realised that I could mod a V6, I'm so much exited to buy one and do it. Plus my main intention of this thread to know how much it'll affect the fuel economy.

I used to not care much about the Civic Si at all but during the racing Car and Driver test it actually was as fast as a Golf GTi. i don't know if that's always been the case but that's just another check on the Civic being the greatest hot hatch ever made.

Hey all,
Currently in the small SUV market and going between 2 vehicles, the Mercedes GLA250 or the Infinity QX30. The ones im looking at, the GLA250 is about 3-4k more expensive and has a bit less additional (just above the standard model), the GLA250 is a 2017 model with 6k miles on it but it has absolutely everything in it and is about 33k. What are your thoughts? First time buying a pretty serious car like this, im not much of a car guy. thanks

Theres no such thing as a ricer, in every automotive clique theres gonna be one asshole who doesnt know what hes doing and modifies his car in a way that isnt accepted by the rest of the clique, just like in EVERY other thing in life. Not everyones gonna have the same opinion, its not really a matter of banning those who dont modify a car to our specific taste but instead ignoring them and going about our days modifying our cars to our specification. Does it make me mad that I can find a crx in a driveable condition that isnt engine swapped or stupidly modified? Yes. But theres plenty of other cars out there...

I see this thread so often, everyones definition of ricer is different so when a thread like this starts a war starts with it. Its just a battle of people who dont own cars getting upset a the way others pour money into their cars. Whats your definition of ricer though. Is it modifying a car in a way you dont like?
