She's a prototype, she wasn't built to operate on hot summer days.
>Sibyl hasn't been bothered by F6 recently
>none of her apartment's walls have been damaged in a week

Looks like Zeonic released Volume 4 (the latest volume as of 8/26) of Beltorchika's Children. Guess they're caught up on the series now.
From their posting:
Luna II has been annihilated in a surprise attack as Char and the Neo Zeon attempt to occupy Axis. Meanwhile, Amuro and Londo Bell rush towards Char having realized his ulterior motives. Will this be the final showdown?!

Should we have an old /m/ manga general? Discussions of Yokoyama, Ishimori, Nagai, Tezuka etc are hard to get going.
I'd like to get into Yokoyama despite my reservations about certain awkward "not really getting Tezuka aesthetics" traits of his art style, but the thing I really want to read (Tetsujin 28) is not scanlated at all.
I love all the other authors you listed.

A lot of his drawings look like Tezuka but with stiffer poses and less expressive faces
Is there any reason for it? Italy seems to be the place it's most popular outside of Japan to the point that series which fail in Japan still seem popular there. Spain seem to like mech a lot too.

No Italy doesn't love mecha. What Italy loves, or at least the 40+ year old generation is the mecha anime they saw when they were young in the late seventies, early eighties on tv. This "old" generation doesn't like anything outside of old Nagai shows and 0079 Gundam. That is it.
They have no concept of Takahashi mecha, other important series done by Tomino etc... They are ignorant of 30+ years of mecha anime from the eighties onwards.
They licensed a lot of titles back in the 70s, afaik.

I like all the EVA's but Unit 00 remains my favorite.

The Titans using Zeon styles machines was so stupid, like they didn't think the public would be able to grasp they are THE BAD GUYS if they weren't piloting the BAD GUYS ROBOTS
Should have used more eeeeeeeevil GMs and Gundams.

If it's possible to alter ordinary human beings through surgery and cybernetic implants to posses psychic powers, then is it possible to create an entirely mechanical newtype; Essentially a newtype robot?
>>14700887
they aren't cyber at all Tomino just picked a dumb name for the english version
they're all drugs and brainhypnobinaural beats and stuff
>>14700887
>newtype robot?
I thin that'll be a pretty cool plot point in a future Gundam show, but I don't think that that's how it works. The newtype hypothesis stems from humans migrating into space. Cyber-newtypes are just people that have had the process accelerated on them through sci-fi magic. It's not the implants themselves that give them newtype powers.
>>14700887
Newtypism is an expansion of the human consciousness/soul, so no. A robot doesn't have a soul. Sorry Haro.
Holy fuck, the old Captain Power VHS missions are /m/ af.
My cousin gave them to me when we were younger but I never got around to watch them. I finally sat down and played them out of curiosity and I was blown away, the animation in this is fucking insane. Even the mech designs are good.
From what I understand it played like an primitive on-rail shooter with a toy that could register when you got hit. I swear I still have it at my parent's house.
Have a look yourself : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YS0S0U0DBQo
The good stuff starts at 11:00
There's quite a few cool rail-shooter or quick time event style animated "games" that were in the arcades (and then brought to the PC, Sega CD, and Sega Saturn) back in the day. Some of them have some damn cool animation, though usually choppy. My favorite is Road Avenger, though its not mecha related.

That Road Avenger SNES port is one of the most impressive things I've seen in ages; pretty much instantly validated my purchase of an SD2SNES board.
