I need some advice, as a "straight" man from gay men. I feel like I'm gay in every sense except I have this vile physical addiction to women and pussy, but otherwise am completely repulsed by them. Every male friend, sparring drug addiction, and especially gay male friends I have had in my life were exceptionally loyal and contributed equally to our "relationship". Even when I had absolutely nothing to my name, not a cent, I had my gay friends drive 30 minutes to pick me up and feed me, let me drink with them, whatever they had was mine as well. Ofc I would try to repay the favor when I could, and while they hit on me a lot they never got pissed I didn't want to fuck them.
All of their boyfriends were hard working and took pride in their appearance. Were intelligent, laid back, and were content just spending time with each other and their friends.
Contrast that with every single woman I've met, the women in my family, all of my relationships, etc. All these women have a disproportionate amount of power in their relationships, contribute little, care little about their appearance, and their loyalty is only guaranteed for a few hours at a time. The ones that do care about their appearance, it's usually extremely vain and often accompanied by an eating disorder, a feeling of superiority for doing the bare minimum, and a princess mentality.
So how do I get past this? Truth be told, I just got out of a long marriage but largely I felt this way before my marriage and watching what I thought to be a pure soul being so easily manipulated against me I wouldn't dare to try again.
I feel as though women and men have a different love, as if men love women like women love their children. I've watched my own mother step on men many times including my father but of course I can't hate her because she has unconditional love for her children.
So what do you do? Living a life running through women as fuckholes with a vasectomy is a lonely existence. (cont.)

I feel like the only gay men I could be attracted to would be an extension of what I hate (overly flamboyant, materialistic stereotype). At the same time though the odds are so stacked against men even outside of the western world if they get in a long term relationship with a woman. It's not that I truly think all women have an evil plot when going in to every relationship, but that their feelings and loyalty can change on such a whim where as a man is more like a dog.. no matter how hard things get he will be by your side. But i know gay men will tell me it's not much different and there is a huge problem with "loose men" in their community. At least, though, you wouldn't have the baggage a woman would leave you if things went sour.
I'm planning a long trip overseas in the next week to give myself time to think and relax, but I can't help but think how much more enjoyable it was years ago to hang out with my gay friends and the genuineness their friendships felt to me. The openness of their friends to accept a stranger as well, if i ever fell on hard times there was no question they would have a couch for me to sleep on. I can't say the same for ANY woman I've ever known.

Men are usually better friends that women because, as you said, women only love their children in a selfless way. They have a stronger self preservation nature than men, so they won't go out of their way to bond with them -men are there to protect THEM, not the other way around.
Men on the other hand are more inclined to selflessly protect other people, which sometimes puts their own lives at risk.

Nah, you got that backwards. It's not that hating women made them "decide to be gay", it's that if you're gay you're freed from the main thing that prevents you from seeing women clearly or treating them with undeserved deference. As you're groping toward yourself, it's extremely liberating in a way but also alienates you from society at large.
In other words, no. It's not enough, because you can't decide to be gay. Just do what men have done throughout the centuries, fuck women and save your friendship for other men, who can appreciate it for what it is. Like, just read practically any book from before WWII and you'll find that this is the natural and assumed way for men to interact with one another and women. It's literally just postwar shitlibbing and the women's-lib based soulmate narrative (a product, lest you forget, of *trash novels for women*) that have fucked this shit up.

For the amateur, I would recommend aldactone, or spironolactone.
