I would say wait to come out.
I was in a similar position to you.
I came out to my parents when I was 21 and they basically disowned me and haven't spoken to me in 20 years. (i'm oldfag)
It wasn't worth it.
If I could do it over again I would have waited to come out until it happened accidentally or until I got tired of them setting me up with girls and asking about grandchildren.
Just live your life as you please but don't talk about it.
If they ask you, then you can be honest as long as you have a place to go to if they get angry or violent.
