can hrt make facial hair more noticeable? i am 3 months cypro and estrofem, my T is nuked, and recently Ive noticed my facial hair stand out way more. Is this all in my head? or could this be from skin changes or something?

I'd think it would just be skin changes. There should be no reason for extra growth
Perhaps look into topical 5-AR/DHT inhibitors if you're really worried. I've never tried any myself though.

i understand you, i'm slightly autistic myself. the relations between two 'spergs' are indeed difficult, but from my experience they do work more or less. i know it hurts, but as with every disability, you can slowly overcome it. you're not going to have like a big group of loud friends taking you to parties every weekend, but would you really want it? i have just a few friends and i'm never sure of their intentions and if they really like me and stuff, but they're very nice to me and i learned to relatively trust them. they mostly also have social phobias and some issues and it makes it kinda clumsy and awkward, but at least maybe brings us closer i guess?

Long story short, I met a surgeon, we get along and he has decided to ''gift'' me a breast augmentation.
Thing is, I have no clue about it.
On one hand I want bigger boobs, cause fuck it, why not? But on the other hand they won't be natural and I'm full of doubts like ''What if they look bad? What if I lose sensibility? What if they leave a hideous scar?''.
Yeah, yeah, we talked about it, he answered all my doubts, but I'm still not sure.
We also talked about sizes. I asked for something small but he recommended me not to go anything less than 300 cc, cause what I have are hormonal tits so about 20% of the size will be lost just to ''project'' the breast or something.
He recommends 400-450cc.
In any case, I'll be checking some sizes and samples next week.
So that's it. Is a surgery, I'm scared to death (Not the first one I have, had a rhyno last year) and I don't know what to do.
Did any of you ever had a boobjob?
Do you regret it?
Do you have any advice or anything you'd like to say? Cause damn, I feel lost.
