Because if you're a former anorexic, you still have a hard time with getting too big. Especially if any of it goes to your belly. And the amount you'd need to gain for good baby fat is well over 20bmi. At least if you're counting someone who's a bit athletic. It's honestly easier to just do sculptura and stay under 20 in bmi. Better than having to over eat consistently.
