Is it true that at Texas A and M you can keep a gun in your car? What about your dorm?
And no I'm not currently doing any of the kind right now. But I might be going there and I am just asking. Does it apply to a student with no permit?
https://www.tamu.edu/statements/campus-carry.html
>>28093126
You can do anything you want, so long as the ATF doesn't find out.
you can keep a gun in your car without a permit
>>28093126
In Texas your car is an extension of your home and protected by castle law
As title says, wanted to trade my Glock 17 for a Sig SP2022. Got offered pic.
Glock 17 is a Gen 4 with 3 mags and two alien gear holsters plus original box and accessories.
Sig comes with two magazines, two holsters and other original items.
Is this a good trade or am I fucking up? What does /k/ think of the SP2022? Should I ask for more? It would be a straight trade.
You are seriously fucking up
Pic for reference
Any reasons why I'm fucking up? Besides relative cash value? Or is the Sig not as good as its said to be?
>had qt GF since college
>I went to the military after graduation
>Halfway through OCS break it off with her because I know what happens in long distance relationshits
>Also wanted to be stationed in Benning, I was looking at poon ahead (PCB, Auburn, Atlanta and Savannah)
>Didnt tell her about that so still in good terms
>Still talk on FB
>She tells me that now combat arms MOS are open to women she is interested in going Infantry and then to Ranger and Airborne school like I did
>WTF
What would YOU do?
Tell her women soldiers are a joke because they get shortcuts through all the training while you went the full mile

For reals.
For an infantry ossifer this hit me too close to home... literally and figuratively
She wants to enlist too BTW
Being 100% srs
Do tell her shes a joke though
So what do yall think about Russia jamming the fuck out of NATO electronics.
How does it make you feel that Russians kept on developing their military technology secretly while making it seem like the country was going down the shitter?
I'm so stoked to see what kind of space weapons they roll out when the time is right.
>>28092902
Last time Russia tried to jam NATO equipment it had zero effect.
>>28092902
What are you slavabooing on about now?
>>28092902
>while making it seem like the country was going down the shitter?
Their country has gone down the shitter.
Probably because they keep spending too much of their budget on weapons development and not enough on not being in the shitter.
Has an outnumbered party ever really won a war? I mean long-term victory, not just a token victory that meant nothing a few years later or something.
In recent memory at least, no matter how well they did or how much technology they had, they lost in the long run:
Germany WWII
Japan WWII
Germany WWI
Confederate States of America
So I'm talking about major, total war scenarios. Not little minor stuff.
>>28092885
The American Revolution.
>>28092885
You need to educate yourself is these scenarios are the bredth of your historical knowledge. Get off of /k/ and start learning some world history.
>>28092894
Not a total war though. UK committed relatively little. Were the American armies even outnumbered in the colonies?
You can only choose 1 handgun to survive the apocalypse
>no spare parts
>no extra mags (only 1 standard magazines that were designed specifically for your pistol. Ex; no 33rd mag for G19)
>no after market mods
This gun will get wet, muddy, Sandy, and dropped several times.
What do you choose?
>>28092855
Glock 19, they're invincible as far as im concerned, and i dont even like glocks, im not letting my CZ delusion me
>>28092890
Go back to your Cz hate thread faggot
>>28092855
Sauer 38H
What are the most /k/ careers?
Bonus: Non-military
>>28092713
Non military...You came to the right guy
>FBI SWAT
>FBI ENHANCED SWAT
>FBI HRT
>FBI FLY TEAM
>DEA
>DEA FAST TEAM
>US SECRET SERVICE CAT TEAM
>US MARSHALS
>US MARSHALS SOG TEAM
>US BORDER PATROL
>US BOPTAC
>PARK RANGERS SRT OF YELLOW STONE
>DIPLOMATIC SECURITY SERVICE
>USSUD/ERT
>IRS CID TEAM
>USBPSRT
I know many more too and some of these guys can outperform SOF in military. most of /k/ will say otherwise but I have got the pleasure to train with many many groups and a lot of these mofos put the heat up.

Ordered two vkt m39s from classic. Anyone have any they ordered as well? Pics?
Also what is a good ammo besides the surp? I hear bullets in the 180 grain area do better than the149 stuff.
Bought one today also. Glad they got more in stock.
>>28092607
can confirm the heavy ball shoots well. did you get hand select or no?
>>28093355
No hand select just two regular.
It just seemed to drop off the map
>>28092512
Yep, sure did. Nothing to see here, ATF
>>28092544
>ATF
what the fuck you talking about? they weren't doing anything even remotely illegal so there's no reason for the atf to snoop around.
OP. the project died. in order to reproduce a weapon you need either drawings with accurate details, or an actual weapon to measure and copy. they were destined to fail.
>>28092665
We have you on record saying they weren't doing anything illegal now, ATF.
regarding the VSS Vintorez project, I wouldn't worry about it.
REMINGTON QUALITY EVERYONE!
Just found this in my local wallyworld.
>not that jew York walmart's even sell guns
My 700 fires when engaging the safety.
I refuse to buy another Remington product again. If the guns won't kill you, they'll rust on you out the box.
>>28092352
the last good Remington gun i got was a woodsmaster 750 in .243 years ago
but not only do their guns suck now, so does their ammunition
>>28092352
They're going to find a reason to issue a recall for everything no matter how small that reason.
After the recall if anyone tries a lawsuit claiming defective product then Remington can tell them to fuck off.
Explain to me how this seems like a good idea:
>cartridge in chamber
>hammer ready to go if you nudge the safety and snatch up your gun
>accident ready to happen/10
Do you really need 1 extra round? Does it seem smart to essentially walk around pointing a loaded gun at yourself? Btw, I'm completely new to guns and looking to get one on my 21st birthday next fall, so sorry if this is dumb.
okay lets say its a glock. Theres no safety to nudge and if you "snatch up your gun" its still going off.
>what is trigger discipline?
>>28092153
if we are talking about generic 1911 here
1 needing to disengage safety
2 pull trigger
3 depress grip safety
is safer than carrying you generic striker fired/ trigger safety gun, like glock
Nudge
Snatch
Dynamic story, bro.
Friendly reminder that the main part of this Tank (the Rheinmetall-Cannon) is German.
So?

>>28091796
Working on it. Have one revolver and I'm trying to get my first rifle. Also a shtf vehicle like a motorcycle
>>28091796
Mine is filled with medical supplies as I would try my best to stay as far back as I can and help casualties escape. Weapons only for self defense, and even then it would be slung and holstered.
Slightly worried about wearing plates and having guns in the event of an attack, don't want to be percieved as hostile by the first responders.
How effective is a length of pipe as a melee weapon? Between it and a pipe wrench, which would you least like to be hit in the face with?
good luck hitting an adult size person in the face with your tiny little manlet arms
>>28091291
>which would you least like to be hit in the face with?
The heavier one.
But in a fight the lighter one may be the one I'm more likely to get hit in the face with. And if you're getting clocked in the face here, either will probably get the job done.
I think both would be about equally bad to be hit with, depending on what kind of pipe it is.
Given a nice heavy piece of steel, copper, or lead pipe, I think I'd rather use that than a pipe wrench. It's easier to handle, swing, and balance, a pipe wrench is actually pretty fucking awkward to swing around. (I have a bigass vintage one that was in the basement of my '30s house when I moved in, and I've tried.)

As it stands I will not be forming a church but a "religious organization".
the requirements are as follows:
In order to be considered tax-exempt, a religious organization must meet certain federal requirements.
The organization cannot attempt to influence legislation, and it must not be involved with or intervene in political activity or campaigns,
and the organization must be exclusively started and run for religious, educational, scientific, or other charitable purposes in order to be considered
501c3 tax-exempt. These are the requirements that a religious organization or church must adhere to in order to be considered tax-exempt:
The organization must be organized and operated exclusively for religious or other charitable purposes
The net earning must not benefit any private individual or shareholder exclusively
No substantial part of the organization’s activity may be the attempt to influence legislation
The organization cannot intervene in political campaigns
The organization’s purpose and actions cannot be illegal or violate fundamental public policy.
Everything seems to be in order to form it. It does complicate future churches a little bit but not much,
In the future what will happen is that if you want to establish a church based on /K/ubism you would still have to file
for acceptance of your church yourself which means you would need to have a "church", but it would be easier since
there is a preceding organization from which you could stem. I am currently working out whether selling patches and such
would be determined as UBIT income. The current goal would be to provide self defense tools and the education needed to
handle such tools to low income families as well as teaching the tenets of our organization such as self-reliance and respect of all men*
to those who will listen. *(men meaning any and all human beings)
So that is where we stand at this moment in time.

With CCW it is legally shaky at least until we are a larger organization.
our first tenet should be edited from "You will be, at any given time, armed. The Kube gifted you with the possibility to feed your kin and smite your foes" to
something to the order of
"You will be, at any given time, have a concealed arm upon your person so as not to cause panic among the general public. The Kube gifted you with the possibility to feed your kin and smite your foes."
that should give us more legal standing when it comes to a few issues.
This is where we stand on my end.
this shit is neckbeard as fuck
