> POLICE WE'RE COMING IN
you have 10 seconds /k/
>>28097952
well, you could just use doorbell
>>28097952
Thats why I've designed the first room of my house to look just like the front porch entrance, just reversed. In case of a raid I would dress as law enforcement breaching through from the other side, and then in the confusion would slip out in the confusion.
>>28097995
Fuck, meant to say I'd slip out in the confusion. Damn, my plan worked too well.
Has anyone tried the civil defense rounds? these HAVE to fuck someone up pretty bad. its 78 grains for fuck sake.
discuss.
>>28097885
might as well use 115 grain 9mm ball m8
>>28097925
the penetration from the civil defense round is not that great, but it creates a cavity about 8 inches in diameter through one layer of clothing. That's pretty impressive. And it's also hollow down to the base of the bullet

ITT: stories of self defense.

>and then i see it
> a brand new "ulu" knife my mom had bought not 3 days ago.
>pic related, its what it looks like
>i lunged for it and hid behind the fridge
> just as one of the crooks went past the fridge, i hold the knife like a knuckle duster and jam it into his chest.
>the thing got STUCK in his breast plate, he lived though
>then the other guy shot me in the shin and booked it
>then my mom got up called an ambulance and they patched me up
>then they trace the bullet cartridge and caught the guy
>the trial was quick, all i had to do was give a quick testimony, they both got 25 years
i now have the very same knife in a box with a glass top to remind myself of how bad ass i was that day.
"self" bump
Someone said some mean things to me before. I'm kidding.
Maybe this doesn't qualify but this happened when I was a scout
>be 14
>be at my scout hut near where I live
>we were making "camp donuts" out back on the fires we made
>some urban youths didn't realise we were round back and hopped the fence to try to break in
>one saw me and ran at me
>grabbed a burning log and smacked him in the face
My first violent act. Felt guilty for a while. Then realised that it's no big deal and he had it coming

Does America's youth absolutely hate firearms? This fella sure seems to think so, but I think that happens when you hang around all the fruitcakes in academia too long.
I can't think of any young kid I know who wouldn't crack a huge grin if they shot my AR 15. Most young males are CoD/Battlefield and currently Star Wars obsessed. I guess young women all hate guns?
Also: anti gun rage thread?
No it's retarded. Even on reddit most of the upboated comments are pro-gun. This is just astroturfing on the part of baby boomers who are mad that in the long term that they lost in the 90s when the AWB had a sunset and never got voted back in.
>>28097806
Baby boomers were the gun control crowd
My generation grew up playing call of duty and halo, we fucking love guns
>>28097842
Damn, I feel like that's "/thread"
The more I think about it the only people who I know who are actively anti-gun are women. Of course there's tons of turbobeta's at college that I have to deal with, but on the whole, most men are ambivalent about guns at worst.
Hey guys,
I saw this H&K Vector going for about $1600.
I couldn't find a forum with info on one or maybe I searched the wrong things.
The price seemed pretty high to me, though I don't know shit about it.
Is it worth buying?
It's made by Kriss, not HK.
>>28097784
Shit, my bad. It says it above the grip. Talking and typing doesn't mix well for me.
I don't know shit about this thing but doesn't that seem like a crazy amount of holdover for a close engagement weapon? POI seems like it would be pretty damn low
>buy sks
>put about a hundred rounds through it
>leave town for three months
>come back to this
How fix?
>>28097766
Bumping with more angles
Clean it with solvent and gun oil. Use liberal amounts of both. Same thing happened with my Jungle Carbine
>>28097767
You are tasked with arresting a Jedi and bringing them in alive.
You have a unit of half a dozen highly trained men.
You can only use weapons and technology that is currently available to our best special operations units on earth in 2015.
How do you accomplish your mission?
full auto AA12s with drum magazines full of rubber shot shells.
every one has a radio
tazers, tear gas grenades, pepper ball guns, mace spray.
surround the jedi while they are alone and overwhelm them with chemical agents and rubber shot.
Oh and I should mention. The Jedi that needs to be arrested goes by the name "Obi-Wan Kenobi". aka "Obi" aka "Ben" aka "Ben Kenobi"
He is highly trained, level 8 dualist and martial arts expert.
The man is a threat to earth. He needs to be captured and interrogated before his colleagues find him.
I am so fucking hard right now!
Cannot wait for this baby to get the clear for a visit in EU.
What does /k/ think of it?
What exactly has Beretta changed other than the color to justify how fucking expensive it is?
>>28097418
A little overpriced for the American market as we've had cheaper berettas for years.
I can see why you eurobros might like it though.
How is the gun community in your chunk of europe sir right now? Is it growing and becoming more politically active?
I hope with the recent right wing rise that gun rights will move with it as an alternative to allow citizens to protect themselves. But I am unsure of the stance of groups like the French National Front for instance in regards to gun rights.
>>28097427
nigga its 50 shades ofr brown, jus like da SCAR
So there's a guy selling the pair of these for $80. Should I hop on it? Ones a colt 1903 hammerless and the other a la page .32 auto...
>MUST SELL NOW
Go for it, if you like purchasing firearms quite likely to have been recently used in committing various felonies.
>>28097564
As long as it's not a murder weapon why should I care if someone got robbed with it?
>>28097622
Because all guns release tiny copies of their serial numbers and fingerprints of everyone who ever touched them when fired. Also they can tell if you're racist.
Typical AR-fag
in all seriousness though, are these AR's even legal in California? I know the one on the right looks like it has proper barrel length, but the one on the left doesn't.
Nevermind, they look exactly the same.
Any word on if their rifles had bullet buttons?
>>28097393
If you look very closely, the one on the left appears to have one. I think the right does too but it's hard to tell. People are upset because their are still "assault weapons" that are legal to buy. They could've easily swapped out the mag release anyways once they owned the guns.
I've got pic related to make it so i have to release my upper inorder to get my mag out. Fuck NY mang.
I got absolutely assblasted the other day for suggesting that magazines shouldn't be stored fully loaded long term, as this would eventually wear out the spring.
I was told this wasn't the case, and that proper springs shouldn't degrade from being compressed for a long time.
My question is, of this is true, why do drum magazines have a spring tension release for storage?
>>28097281
g0 away
It's to help load them, not to store them.
>>28097288
y tho
So I think it's time to pick up an MP5 clone. I've been looking at the POF MP5 pistol, because it's the cheapest acceptable quality build out there. On the other hand, Dakota Tactical's D54/10 is my eventual goal, for 10mm STRONK reasons. The thing is, POF is $1500 but DT looks to be $3700 starting. What else is out there? inb4 Speshul Wepponz
Anyone own a POF here?
10mm and Cheapest does not go together. If you going for 10mm be ready to throw down lots of cash to be good with it. Any reasonable shooting practice will cost you as much as the firearm per year. If you are cost conscious go 9mm and blow your money into practice. Special "10mm STRONK" won't help you if you can't use it well.
>>28097384
Cost isn't the issue for me, and my family and I are already heavily invested in 10mm, have been since the 90s. I pretty much want both. I just wanted to know if the POF had acceptable build quality for the 9mm clone I was going to buy of if I needed to shell out more money for a better quality build. Acceptable in this context means it won't fall apart and can take all HK factory parts.
>For years believe that the M60 uses 5.56.
>Look it up on Wikipedia.
>It doesn't.
>All of my wat
Who fucked with the timeline? The M60 uses 5.56 and I won't hear any different you filthy Berenstain fucks.
>>28097209
You're Austrailian aren't you?
>>28097209
Get the fuck out of my timeline, you """Berenstein""" kike. Nobody wants you here.
Hey /k/, /pol/ here looking to buy a gun for both self-defense and shooting for fun occasionally.
Budget is 300-400, I've shot a few times so I'm familiar with guns. Any recommendations? I'm in Arizona so I can pretty much buy whatever.
>>28097145
buy 3 nuggets and use the rest of $ on ammo
>>28097145
Do you want to carry this gun? Concealed or open?
You won't be protecting yourself with a handgun, I'll tell you that much. You'll probably get a false sense of security and get your ass killed when you should be running the other way.
Hey /k/, conducting a survey for a school project. So, responses to "How useful is the implementation of the F-35 series?"
Pic related
so effective that even Obama would have a difficult time fucking up a war that involved them

>Hey /k/, conducting a survey for a school project
No you're not, you be trolling.
>>28097975
Unfortunately not, I'm carrying out an epq if you wanna look up what that is
