What the hell Caleba's? Isn't a HEUG purpose of a holster to cover the trigger guard? Can /k/ explain this?
It looks like that Taurus Curve abomination that came out a couple years back.

Grab whole holster, shoot gun
>>34876067
The job of a holster is to hold your gun. Your job is to not be irresponsible and ND into your leg.

I don't think the life style was as great as people imagine but the guns were cool and stylish as all hell. Avoiding death or losing a limb to a scratch would have been well worth to priviledge finger fuck new rifles and pistols of the era.
Can we have another Archery thread?
>>34875927
Yes
I have an 85lb draw longbow I bought from a pow-wow. It's served me well even though the sight is on the wrong side and the bottom limb cracked a few years ago.
I really need to build a shortbow or buy one from a pow-wow for me to use innawoods.
Compound bows are fucking gay. Real niggas use recurves made out of wood or composites.
Hi /k/,
Anyone able to ID this casing?
Found it while on a hike a while back.
I'll post more pics
On the bottom there seems to be a "3", "5", "S" and an "L" (not sure about the "L")

post a pic of the bottom
I'll post another in a sec

WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR THUMB??
>>34875656
this thread is already shit and I don't even like that faggot.
I am currently shopping for a .22LR pistol to teach my wife to shoot with and to get some practice with. I just want something that is a cheap range gun; I am not looking for a match grade target shooter. The most rigorous thing it would be used for outside of the range is a backpack gun for killing snakes or other small vermin that I might encounter on a hike.
I don't want to spend any more than $350 or so and the guns I have found and liked in the area are the Walther P22 and PPQ in .22LR, the Ruger SR22, and the GSG Firefly. The Firefly is really looking good even though it is the cheapest of the bunch; I was hoping someone could provide some input on it if they are an owner of one. Pic related is identical to the one I am considering at the local gun store. I don't own a suppressor but it comes threaded for one and for $230 I think that seems like a really good deal.
TL;DR Which sub $350 .22LR pistol is the best purchase for a cheap range gun: Walther PPQ, P22, Ruger SR22, or GSG Firefly?
>>34875458
Rough rider.
The SR22 is ok, haven't used the PPQ .22, but the Walther and GSG .22s are potmetal shit. I'd look around for a Ruger Mk I/II/III/IV for a cheap-ish .22 pistol.
>>34875458
the rugers the only one of your chices that isnt a pile of shit. rule of thump is if its in 22 and replicates the looks of another gun in a real caliber its garbage.

Anyone know anything about Fulton Armory's builds?
Am I a huge faggot for wanting a Scout Garand?
>>34875386
Yes you are. Just get an M1A or the like
Fulton Armory makes top grade shit. They are one of the best M14s you can buy. That Garand is pretty faggy though. Just get one with a wood top HG and have a tanker Garand
I've got a Fulton SMLE, but I've never really shot it since it's got a bit of a rusty chamber and won't properly extract rounds until I polish it.
I am a gun owner who SUCKS at shooting
trying to get better tho
LET'S HAVE IT GIMME YOUR /KONFESSIONS
I like guns
I like anime tiddies
I'm trying to steal my best friend's girlfriend.
Sup /k/, I'm a biologist and avid explorer and I want to get a cheap, shitty shotgun pistol like a Leinad D or possibly a flare gun with a sleeve in it. I'm looking for something short and easy to carry, since I hike a LOT or else I'd just get a cheap single-shot shotgun
What are the cheapest options available? I mostly just want it for snakes and the occasional gator. I'm a poor college student or else I'd get an actual shotgun.
>>34875346
Why do you want a single shot, barely-capable-of-killing-a-snake pistol?
For what purpose?

I have no idea about guns, but I want to buy an AR-15 and perhaps a handgun, any advice /k/? Budget is 1200$
You can get a used ar-15 for as little as $400. A decent 9mm handgun can be gotten for around $500.

I have heard that used guns can be traps.

/k/, Ive recently purchased the Elftmann Tactical 3 Gun Drop in trigger. I love the trigger's clean and lightweight pull but I'm getting light primer strikes. I cant seem to get through a magazine without at least 2 issues. Is there anyone who can tell me why.
My guess is that the hammer is too light and the spring isn't stiff enough to compensate. This is the sort of problem you get when you modify shit but don't know what you're doing.
>>34875231
Not OP, but this is why I like to leave mine stock internally. I know a bit about guns, but I'm not willing to start tinkering with the insides.

Nice concept, but it looks really bulky and uncomfortable for what it's trying to accomplish, wouldn't be surprised if it was really expensive too.
