It's May 8th, 1945. The war is won in Europe.
You somehow have been assigned to relocate the Millions of Jews across Europe.
Where do you choose to place them?
And no, you can't try to kill them.
Nevada. They will do well in the region
>>1873194
Send them back to Russia, where they came from.
>>1873194
Wherever the hell they were before the war.

>>1873180
Full-blown civil war in the Baltics.

[COLLAPSE HARDER]
How many more potential european countries are there? If European nation states are based on majority ethnic populations (relative to the territory they live on of course), how many more could theoretically pop up over the centuries? Eg. Scotland
>>1873076
literally thousands, but that doesn't mean it's a good idea
>>1873076
Catalonia, or Northwest Spain. Majority of the population there is a different ethnicity and speaks a different language.
Scotland, because fuck England
Wales, because fuck England
And whatever more nations crop up in the Balkans. It's a mess already, and looks like there are more revolutions happening.
>>1873076
Over the centuries? With enough time, you can make as many different ethnic groups as you'd like, so there is no set number

Is he right?

Based CGP Grey
>>1873039
I'm too stupid to argue this so I'm leaving you guys to it.
I think it's a little too heavy handed to say that every dictatorship is morally wrong.
>tfw you don't live in the timeline where Trotsky won
>>1873036
He lived like 3 blocks where i live.
Trotsky and Lenin were counter-revolutionaries.
>>1873036
believe me, he won..
Why is it stupid to major in the humanities in the modern day?
It isn't.
But God damn it, choose your teachers carefully.
>>1872800
Because depending on where you study you're not getting a degree in anything in particular, but rather a certificate confirming that you've been indoctrinated into a flavor du jour leftist ideology.
It's a lot harder to insert a regressive narrative into say a maths course than a history course.
>>1872816
But you can't get a job with an Philosophy degree. Or history. Or English. Or anthro.
Etc. etc. etc.
Let's talk about Generals, /his/
>>1872751
>The general is rated highest among insurance providers by metricnet
:O
>>1872751
Good thread. I like it.
>>1872751
Do you know where I can get great auto insurance rates online, perhaps even save some time?
>Comitatus is an Indo-European concept that predates Roman times and was practiced from Western Europe to China, especially among Eur-Asian Steppe tribes. [1] The social inferior (in Feudalism, the Vassal) would pledge military service and protection to the superior (Lord). In return, the superior would reward the inferior with land, compensation, or privileges.[2]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comitatus_(classical_meaning)
was this efficient social structure what allowed for Indo-Europeans to become so successful, and spread from the Indian subcontinent to Ireland?
I always had my suspicion about meme answers like chariots, but a social order that could survive adverse circumstances would ensure ethnic longevity even through political upset.
>>1872697
They stole technology from the Egyptians, who were Black people.
>>1872697
>Why Indo-Europeans were so successful
>"Comitatus was a Germanic--"
Post the generals throughout history that you admire and why
Erwin Rommel: General badass and ballsy Lieutenant in the First World War, one of the only generals in modern history to lead from the front and was planning on assassinating Hitler. Also those who fought against him described him as an enemy but not a 'bad guy' like many Nazi leader were
>>1872235
>mentions HIM on /his/
(sigh) here we go again..
>>1872252
I'm fairly new to /his/ so whats the reason for the impending shitstorm that is probably about to happen?
> was planning on assassinating Hitler
No evidence for this, except hearsay.
What were some of the most powerful and influential militaries of all time?

What should I read to learn about 20th century middle eastern history. Specifically I have an interest in how foreign intervention affected the middle east. Things like the cold war, creation of Israel, and the installation of the Iranian Shah.
They were subjects of the Ottomans, promised independence, subjugated by Britain and France and then "independent", but half of them are NATO puppets and the other half are being invaded/couped by NATO.
So they've been under European control for the past half millenia. :^)
>>1872135
Gimme some books fucker, I'd like to know some details, I knew most of that before creating this thread.

Do yourself a favour and procure your knowledge SOLELY from /pol/ infographics, kiddo.

During the American Revolutionary War, did the British soldiers always wear the red uniforms even in harsh or inopportune conditions?
>>1872052
>inopportune conditions
What inopportune conditions?
Anyway bright uniforms were the norm of warfare back then, and you have to remember that the US Revolution was mostly fought through convential battles and not gorilla warfare as recent American revisionism has tried to make it out to be since the defeat in Vietnam
>>1872071
>what inopportune conditions?
It's summer, you're marching through the woods, it's 105 degrees. Do you take off your uniform coat?
>>1872097
No. It's called 'pride' and 'decorum'.
Redpill me on Ernst Thålmann
He was the national hero of DDR
>>1871915
>Thälmann spent over eleven years in solitary confinement
Why do you have to torture him like that?
He's that communist leader that enjoyed a great deal of popular support that stormniggers like to forget about because he wasn't a jooooo
So what really happened on 30/6/1908?
>>1871889
Rasputin farted in the woods
>>1871901
More believable than "rock explodes on its own"
There was a meteor impact. But I guess that answer is too boring, so, uh... Tesla's doomsday device.
