By being an infant surrounded by other humans who speak the same language(s) as each other.

In all seriousness, there is no one quick and easy way to do it, despite what software and book advertisers will have you think. It is especially the case because each language family is so different from each other, there are varying degrees of familiarity with one's native language, and the fact many languages do not use the Roman alphabet. You'll just have to test various methods and see what works best for you and the language you're learning.

a serious commitment to whatever language you want to learn, and by this i mean DO NOT rely solely on duolingo or assorted apps. you need to put in like an hour, minimum, per day if you are starting from scratch

try to avoid teaching it yourself, get a native speaker to assist you. you might be able to get by with reading and writing it but that won't help you with pronunciation, context, and speech in general.

it will not be easy, but it will be worth it.
