So I just recently finished my first PC build, sadly no photos on me right now as I am out at the office, but I am wondering what /g/ thinks about wheels/peddles for games like forza and shit like that. I have never looked in to wheels and peddles and such until now so I am blind as a bat, so any advice is welcome. I'd prefer something not too pricey as I already blew the bank on the pc itself. Pic related of course
bumping cuz pls

A few years ago I got the momo one which was the most recommended of the affordable ones(affordable meaning ~$100).
I don't know if they're still being made but look it up.
It definitely makes the experience more enjoyable so if you've got the money you might want to consider it.

If you would like to try out GNU/Linux you can do one of the following:
0) Install a GNU/Linux distribution of your choice in a Virtual Machine using VirtualBox or other software made for this puporse for safety purposes.
1) Use the Live ISO (if your distribution of choice has one) to boot directly into the GNU/Linux distribution without installing anything, that way, you can get to experience the GNU/Linux operating system without installing it.
2) Dual boot the GNU/Linux distribution of your choice along with Windows or macOS, this is recommended if you want to know more about the GNU/Linux operating system.
3) Go balls deep and replace everything with GNU/Linux.

Need a small amp to take to school. Preferably 100w or less. Small problem: want to connect a 3rd speaker or sub to it but all the amps only have L/R outputs. Leaning towards this lepy but is doesn't have the 3rdsm output.
Solution obvious, either but a more expensive amp that support a third output, or don't use a third output.

This is one of the least cancerous designs as well.
Precision X on the otherhand is one of the most abominably-shit pieces of poorly-designed garbage I've ever had the displeasure of installing. It crashes constantly, it looks like a 12 year old autistic ricer made it in a day and everything is clunky and hard to find.
Lets discus our operating systems and why we chose them.
I dual boot windows 10 and ubuntu.
I use windows 10 for gaming and ubuntu for work, music, anime, and shitposting.
I chose an operating system that doesn't include malware. Why didn't you?

I have a PocketBook Touch Lux 3. It doesn't support .cbr but it does support PDF so I download manga chapters as pdf and read it like that.
It's my first e-reader so I have nothing to compare it to.

This is an adult website, son.
If your GitHub account is less than 5 years old you should stop posting on /g/ until you reach that benchmark. If you don't have an account at all you should stop browsing /g/ altogether.
this kills the /g/

What makes Slavs so good at programming?
maths
Their homes are more comfy than going outside and getting killed by a random person.
More time used on computer.

>went to shit
It was a cringe-worthy, pretentious "hacking" show from the start.
The fact that they're showing someone running uTorrent on a Linux distribution probably means they're self-aware and doing it to annoy people.

Hi /g/, first time poster. I hope i don't go against the rules or something but i really don't know where else to ask.
I have a MacBook Pro 9,2 dual booting Mac and ArchLinux using rEFInd. I use Arch as a primary system to work.
I've been wondering, can i install Windows alongside everything else? I mean i know i can but all the info I've found tells me to install Windows before any linux distro, and i know that Windows has the stupid habit of overwriting the boot sectors.
Has anyone else done it?

Found your problem.
Imagine this with a full Windows 10 OS.
Just close your eyes, and imagine that.
I would use it mainly for watching YouTube vidz and listening to music Wbu

Why is it so fucking ugly.
2016 / 7 / 29, Last day to upgrade to Windows 10.
After today, will that get Windows 10 popup thingy still exist?
I'm planning on switching back to glorious Windows 7.
>>55816920
Yes, they will ask you to buy it.
>After today, will that get Windows 10 popup thingy still exist
sure will and it'll have a price on it.
>all piratefags will be required to buy subcription
DO IT MICROSOFT DO IT!!
So I just upgraded to windows 10 and frankly I don't understand what all the fuss is about. It works just fine, all of my peripherals, printers etc work fine. Games all run fine. Why does /g/ hate it again?
Is it really just the Linux shills trying to push their outdated os?
holy shit does this really need another thread?
pretty much. Im use all three OS' and honestly i haven't had any major problems with W10. Do i like W7 more? Yes. But W10 is pretty badass.
>Inb4 hurr spying

>>55816860
Basically there is no reason not to upgrade. If you don't do it now enjoy not being able to play that new game in 1-2 years that requires the new DirectX or paying $120 to buy the thing.
