How do i make my face look healthy? There's a certain glow that some people have that just makes them look healthy and i find it extremely attractive.

It can't be actual fitness that causes it, because most elite athletes look like total shit. So what is it? diet? genetics? camera filters?

ADVICE
Feel like I abuse my body, I'm not exactly fat, however I'm not rocking the toned abs I once had at eighteen, I work in a kitchen as a chef so my hours are extremely unsocial and any time I get to myself I really just want to fall asleep with my girl. I'm extremely struggling with money to a point where I can't afford food, I'm thinking of starting a diet on food thats both sustainable and cheap, I'm from UK anyone can help out. Not asking for money just a few words of wisdom.
I'm 6'0" and fifteen stone, I don't look like a whale but I have heavy toned legs due to standing and walking around all day for thirteen hours. I already own a gym membership, it's finding the time to go on a 48+ hour week after or before shifts, I don't want to end up either curled over not being able to see my penis or on the other hand so skinny my ribs go on show

5x5 is meme tier for linear progression. Even an absolute beginner with no history in physical exercise would only be able to run that for a month. Just fucking do SS.

To answer your question, no. Most people should have no problem doing OHP. The real snappening would be press-behind-neck, while is not a bad exercise you should be careful going heavy.

Who else here just wants to get really big and strong?
Most people who lift seem to have this childish fantasy of having that lean, ripped physique with defined abs, serrations, V-shape etc. They want to go to clubs and beaches shirtless and have sluts drool all over them, and I can respect that.
I, however, have this childish fantasy of being the biggest guy in the room. I don't want abs, I want cannonballs for delts, chest plates for pecs, and tree trunks for legs and arms.
Who is the biggest guy on /fit/? How did you get there?

kek, this is such a ridiculous notion. most strength sports are weight class sports, competitive weight class athletes are not fat because it's fucking stupid, why compete at 100kg and 20% bf instead of 100kg and 10% bf? you're less competitive the fatter you are

of course, sports like strongman and the super heavyweight classes are an exception, but that's all they are.

the strongest lifter on /fit/ is reasonably lean because he isn't a lazy slob when it comes to dieting.

So /fit/ i have a small problem. i date i girl for some months now and she's beautiful and i love her.

the thing is, she is a little chubby. she gets all defensive when the fitness theme pops up, because she was bullied when she was younger about her weight.

why she doesnt improve that aspect is beyond me. i do love her, but wouldnt mind one bit if she lost some pounds. im just asking if any of you guys had some similar experience and how did you dealt with it.
