MyFitnessPal will identify just about any barcode I scan, but tries to shove a bunch of social garbage down my throat. FatSecret is cleanly laid out and pleasant to use, but it just doesn't match a bunch of what I scan, and I have to find myself entering a bunch of foods manually.

What's a good way to prepare chicken, that's tasty and gives gains /fit/?

>add olive oil
>turn down heat to medium or medium high
>put in chicken
>optional: add soy sauce and cayenne
>put lid on
>wait until cooked through
p juicy and still has one side golden and crispy p legit
-Brine for a couple hours min.
-Preheat Oven to 400
-Put in baking tray
-Rub with Olive Oil
-Season (I like Garlic powder, onion powder, a little bay seasoning and some Slap Ya Mama Cajuin seasoning)
-Put in oven for 30 minutes
-Take out, cover with tinfoil for 10 minutes
-Enjoy
(Of Note, Cooking times are usually for 5 normal chicken breasts, may need to adjust slightly down or up if your cooking more or less)
