I'll start. Currently at .75/1/1.5/2, because I'm basically starting again after a break from lifting. To get there as soon as possibly, I'm hitting the gym at least 4 days a week (5 is the usual amount) on a PPLxULx style routine. Also bulking for dat dere mass.

i'm 5'9 120lbs considered technically barley underweight despite this i have the stomach of someone that is CLEARLY OVERweight. what do you have for lunch /fit/?

Me:

Spagetti with ground beef and tomato sauce, 3 slices of bread, thats about 700 calories.

Currently on a cutting diet of 2000 calories a day
