Great book about how the little decisions, daily, even hourly, make the difference. It helped me go from fat to fit realizing that yes, one doughnut or whatever does matter, either eating it or not. You don't get fit instantly, and you don't get fat instantly. Daily choices, good or bad, lead to your destiny.

A chemist I know told me once that counting calories on products is pointless, because of how they are measured and the difference between the efficiency of how they are absorbed between individuals. Today I found an article featuring some of his arguments (and lots more), showing it's even more complicated. The whole point of losing weight relies on the difference between calories intake and outtake, but we can't really measure any of that.

OP, you are just gonna lose all your muscle and little to no fat, and you are putting your health at serious danger. Cut with something more healthy, like 500kcal deficit of yout BMR, and do more cardio if you need to lose more fat.

Honestly, either or is fine. You have to find what works for you, and your schedule. I'd be more inclined for PPLPPL. It also depends on your DL frequency, and where you are placing it all. Try PPLPPL, and if you really need the rest, change the format.

When did you realise counting calories is a pure meme? I downloaded MyFitnessPal, but get bored of it after 3 days. Just don't eat like a fucking hippo, and throw away all junk food. It isn't that. My cut is going fine so far and I don't count calories or macros, just eat small portions and lots of meat, vegetables, fruits, dairy etc. Stop making rocket science from eating clean.

Loosely counting calories is fine, and even owning a scale, but if you count macros then you are wasting a whole bunch of time. I eyeball a lot of shit now as well.

Is that normal or is it a symptom of something? I'm 22 years old and I got no libido, at all.

Nothing turns me on. If there's a sex scene in a movie I'm watching, I wanna close my eyes cause it almost like makes me disgusted.

I have a very healthy diet and my bf% is within the normal range.
Aren't you supposed to be horny when you are young, wild and free? Well I'm definitely not, and the only reasons I've had sex before (which was some 2 years ago anyway) was cause I was in a some sort of a relationship and sex kinda belongs to such interactions, doesn't it.
