They're retarded. Egotistical. Durianrider looks like shit. A pale, gaunt, skeleton with sunken eyes, just like his mentor "Doctor"* Douglas Graham. Durianrider actually admitted going on roids (to try to counter the feminizing effects of his deficient diet, I suppose). He is arrogant as hell.

He insults other people regularly. This includes basically everyone, 'alt health' people, 'paleo' people, conventional doctors, but also fellow vegetarians, fellow vegans, even fellow fruitarians. It is partly a money-making scheme as this attracts views from adherents of these other health personalities. But I think he's also deranged because of his nutritional deficiencies.

Freelea looks less obviously bad, I think because being emaciated is all that is really demanded of women to be considered attractive, whereas with men we recognize that skin and bones looks like shit. But she has the same deranged, mean-spirited personality, she literally says meat eaters are inferior. This kind of dogma attracts people who want to feel superior, and the Vegan Derangement Syndrome just feeds into that by making them despise non-adherents even more, plus controversy gets them hits so it's the perfect storm of asshattery.

The one positive thing is that they're visual evidence that sugar is not inherently fattening, in fact they eat many thousands of calories of fruit, even adding pure sugar to it and still look emaciated as fuck because their diet is protein deficient, as well as being fat deficient, calcium deficient, vitamin A deficient, B vitamin deficient, zinc deficient, etc.
