Facial gains have to be genetic.

I lost 65 lbs from diet and cardio, while improved still had a chubby face.

Now I am lifting and getting fucking swole, in the process I have increased food intake and bulked about 10lbs. Face is the first thing to blow up. Literally have a defined 6 pack and yet still have fucking 2 chins.

Makes me rage.

Do you actually have symptoms when you eat most of those things? I'm guessing not, since you said "intolerance" instead of allergy. Just fucking eat them anyhow.

You sound like a girl I knew in college. She never had any problems, then she got allergy testing. "Omg I'm allergic to wheat, peanuts, soy, grass, all tree pollen, eggs, dairy, air, water, and legumes!"

Tests don't mean shit if you don't have clinical manifestations.

Long story short, a guy at my work I kind of know approached me and asked me if I could help him "get toned" for the summer. I think he's going on the trip with some girls and wants to look his best with the shirt off.

So, basically this guy wants to develop his "beach muscles" in the short ammount of time. April, may, june - I've got 3 months to prepare him. He doesn't need to look like Jay Cutler or anything just a little bit better than average.

He said he will pay me money, he thinks I know the shit, but I don't.

So, how would you go about this? He's not fat or anything I'd say he's pic related. Long torso, long arms etc.

What routine should he do? It should focus on chest, arms, shoulders and abs (although he already has some abs - he said so). Legs aren't that important right now.

Please don't say that I should put him on a cycle, because there's no way he'd do it.

Currently cutting, trying to get to 220 and ~20% bf

Here's what my diet usually looks like
Breakfast: scoop of creatine and an orange
Lunch: 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of black eyed peas, 2 hard boiled eggs
Post workout: 2 scoops cmon
Dinner: anywhere from 200-350 grams of chicken breast, one cup rice/mixed veggies depending on the day

Anything I could do to make the cut go quicker?

My kid is 7. If I taught him how to OHP, Deadlift, and squat now with proper form. Give him a balanced diet with plenty of calcium and Vitamin D, will he not grow up as a 5"4 manlet like me?
