Came back to lifting this week. I stop for one entire year after three years of lifting, I'm a disgusting skinnyfat right now.
I used to squat 330 lbs in 2-3 reps
Bench was 235 lbs in one rep
And Deadlift was 390 lbs in one rep (weak as fuck)
I stop everything and literally did nothing for one year (was probably depressed)
I take back my life now but is muscle memory real ? How much time before I become decent again physically ?

Well muscle memory does exists. It's the ability of the brain to automate complex motor skill, so that they take less energy to do.
If you mean to ask if you retained your strenght, then yeah, you won't start from scratch and it'll take only several weeks to go back to your previous stats
