My parents were crawling my ass till they saw the market and nearly shit bricks. Even the rentals around these part are outlandish.

I saw a 2bed 2 bath for that price, it was a "fixer upper" (read as the floors buckled a while back) within earshot of a highway. Top that with a 26% interest rate(and that's the best offer) and you've got most of oklahomas housing.

Alright bros. I broke my collarbone and had surgery two months ago and finally got cleared to lift again. Was gonna juice but the break hendered that. Been thinking about doing it next month. Good idea or bad with my condition. I don't want my gains to surpass what my bone can handle.

In America it seems you are either super obsessed with fitness and body image or you're an unhealthy sedentary fatass. Why is that?

Fast food places everywhere. You can't go anywhere without seeing a franchise.

Processed food almost omnipresent. Look at food labels and see the shit that they nefariously add to it. Most of this wasn't added until the mid-late 80's, and things got progressively worse.

People drive everywhere. Most of the US lives in suburban areas where sidewalks are heavily discouraged, and people have to drive everywhere. Remember, sidewalks are made by the government, so therefore evil.

Bad culture. People here have a tendency to love big things. Food portions are no exception. People almost don't know the meaning of restraint and have less value for working hard and being educated.

Those things put together means bad news for healthy living.

I've been a regular practitioner of martial arts for around five year, so lots of push-ups and general muscle maintenance. Also I'm just generally about as strong as your average young adult. Definitely not weak, but weaker than most of /fit/.

Does experiencing pain produce more growth? I mean muscle soreness is somewhat related to muscle growth, and it has been that simply holding your breath to discomfort raise your HGH a little bit.

If I shock myself mildly when I rest, do I gain more muscles? Constricting blood-flow to training limbs has also been proven to increase growth and strength.
