I work 48 hours a week, that consist of 12 hour days, and I'm sitting for 95% of my work night. What should I start with? I already avoid sugars and don't eat much fried food.
is meal spacing a meme?
For example, would I derive more benefit from 6 frequent meals than 3 regular meals? I've heard both sides, I wanna hear /fit/'s opinion.
The meals do add up to the same amount tho.

it's a lot less expensive than a rack and all that other stuff and takes less space, but if a rack, barbell, and weights are at all an option that should be the #1 priority

I was 160lbs when I did mma, stopped trainning got fat, I doubt I put on much muscle from not working out.
As a percentage of my lean bodyweight they are decent starting points. I said naturally strong, not strong, there is a big difference.

eat just the egg whites, and make sure they are cooked so that their bioavailability is higher. if you already have high cholesterol then dont eat the yolks, but if you have low cholesterol then you shouldnt worry too much
