Should I take a work out session or two and do lower weight but a shit load of reps with short rest times?
I don't know any of the science behind it, but I would think by doing the exercises more I could get back some of that muscle memory as well as do some heavy conditioning? 3x20 or 5x10 or something. I have no idea.
I just took a daily multivitamin, vitamin B-complex, and drank 2 monster energy ultra. Am I going to die of vitamin B toxicity?
