What are some high protein, low fat foods that are also not sky-high in carbs, but that ARE NOT:
- Meat
- Mustard vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts, etc.)
- Dairy (since non-fat cheeses are basically impossible to find in America)

Whenever i go above 135 on DL i fuck up my form. What am I doing wrong? Can I combine l-theanine with the caffeine + yohimbine stack, or will the calming effect of l-theanine remove (or lower) the fat-burning aid of yohimbine?
I take l-theanine + coffee stack for calm, long-lasting focus, but I wanted to go back to taking yohimbine for belly fat. Thing is, yohimbine makes the anxiety I get from coffee by itself even greater. So I'm wondering if adding l-theanine would be OK, or if it yohimbine and l-theanine would nullify each other. L-theanine is an aminoacid, don't think it has any calories, but it is calming and lowers blood pressure, so could it possibly counter the yohimbine?

Hey /fit/ I am a serious University runner and I also lift in off-season. I recently watched this documentary on Netflix. I always never sided with Vegans because they would always go on and on about cruelty of animals and personally I didn't really care about that so I dismissed the whole movement... after watch this documentary I am seriously considering going vegan for health and athletic benefits. Any /fit/izens have opinions on this new redpill? any success stories???
