Seriously? You had /one fucking job/ Marvel. You absolute fucking leech, Loveness.
What's the problem? That issue was fantastic.

I'm confused. What just happened?
Transformers fans, please help my stupid ass out. Who actually IS optimus prime, or convoy, or whatever. Are they all the same person or what? A lot of them have those similar heads and it really confuses me.
Are they alternate universe versions of the same character or is Optimus Prime a title that certain robots take?
I don't read the transformers comics, but I used to watch the cartoons and I've never understood this.

he's a mealticket that sells toys, that's why they export him into every new series
hasbro's even bought into the multiverse thing to try and make everything within a canon canon, for multiverse crossovers to peddle more toys
Theres dozens of different universes, each with a different Optimus.

Lio Convoy, Big Convoy and Fire Convoy are supposed to be individual robots that happen to look like Optimus, the same way Optimus Primal is.
However the English dub treats Fire Convoy as alternate universe Optimus.
Why are newspaper comics so terrible?
Seriously, what does this even mean? Where's the joke?
>>89682585
safety is needed. If a comic is offensive they blame the paper/site first
>>89682585
The joke is a pun on the Three Dog Night song "One is the loneliest number" by implying that the 1's name is "Juan."
To answer your initial question, not all newspaper comics are terrible, some are absolute top tier. Some papers are just cheap and will only pay for bottom of the barrel creators.
Newspaper comics have to be super inoffensive for their target audience so most of the "jokes" are simple turn of phrases taken literally.
>For his role as the Joker, Heath Ledger studied A Clockwork Orange's Alex, Sid Vicious, The Killing Joke and A Serious House on a Serious Earth.
Leto probably took inspiration from 90's Jim Carrey.
>>89682186
Ledger Joker is ridiculously overrated
>>89682186
now that the dust has settled, I don't think that Letos joker was entirely that bad. From the deleted scenes he had a really good joker grin. I thought he was better than I expected him to be.
And despite what people say about heath, to me he always seemed like a brand new character named joker with the jokers appearance. He didnt seem crazy and he was missing a lot of the jokers themed gags. He was a very good character but he didn't seem very jokerish to me.
>>89682289
But there's no question that it was far better then Leto
What did he mean by this?
>>89682156
Your conclusion comes from that which you blame, therefore might as well be false, doesn't have any practical value and serves as an excuse for procrastination.
Stop loathing yourself, blaming the chemicals and other outer causes - stand up and achieve.
nothing is real. death is a release from the shackles of this purgatory we inhabit. bring death to all, release them from this false reality.
Prior to hiring Jimmy, Carl and Sheen, was Skeet the only employee at that particular branch of McSpanky's?

yes
single-handedly operating a restaurant is an easy task, as long as you use the cash registers properly
I'd assume so, yeah.
>>89682061
I think that has to be a manager at one point she don't think he is the only employee that work there
I've been busy for the last few months, so I grew out of touch. Does /co/ still like Carol? Does /co/ still like Kamala?
>>89682004
>Does /co/ still like Carol?
Pretty sure the reaction to Carol has been lukewarm at best ever since Marvel started trying to get her over.
oh boy,
ok sit down anon.

So if Batman is willing to kill Superman on the off chance that he's a menace to society (even though he's really not given any definite evidence of this other then dreams and the fact that Zod destroyed alot of shit) why hasn't he yet killed Joker or any of his other rogues who are clear menaces to society and are never kept locked away?
Like, all the time he spends planning to kill Supes while the guy who killed Robin is apparently just wandering out somewhere.
>>89681828
BvS was not a well thought out film anon

>all the time he spends planning to kill Supes while the guy who killed Robin is apparently just wandering out somewhere
I don't think you understand the concept of obsession.

Because they didn't think it through
Anyone else hoping that Mr. Oz is Post-Crisis Lex? Especially in light of New Earth's Lex seeming to reform. Making him Adrian Veidt would be way too obvious, after all.

After reading this week's superman, I think he might be Pariah
>>89681939
That would be very Johns.
"Hey, the villain of the story is a really obscure character from decades ago!"

>I'll let you in on a little secret, Detweiller. Every adult you've ever known was a kid at sometime in his life. You think we don't remember summer vacation? Riding our bikes down the creek. Catching polliwogs in a jar. Camping out under the stars. Well you're wrong! Sometimes I sit there in my office, looking out at you kids in the playground and I think, "They don't know how good they got it. In a few years, they'll be grownups like me and all those good times will be memories for them, too". So go ahead. Put a whoopie-cushion in my chair. Have rough sex with Spinelli in the jungle gym. Put fake vomit on my carpet. Make fun of my "big, saggy butt". But don't ever say I don't care about summer vacation, 'cause those memories are the only part of childhood I got left.
;_;
hold up what was that middle part
>>89681741
>Make fun of my "big, saggy butt"
he never said that
I laughed. read it in his voice too.
Best and worst big DC events?

Events are shit. All of them. Even that one which you like. And if you like them then you are shit too.52 isn't an event, by the way.

Who would win?
Stewie
Roger can't be assed to do anything directly.
>>89681620
Nobody will win.
They are both comic reliefs, their advances never matter in the main plot.
Stewie is a super genius and with the exception of killing Louis he always get's his way in his own show.
Which is why Roger would win.
Roger's role as a comedic relief is treated more apparent and his antics, failures and success are more determined on what's more amusing to write. If him losing is funnier he'll be more likely to lose and vice verse.
But because Stewie has the greater advantage and the one most expected to win, it'd end up funnier writing-wise to subvert expectations and make Roger inexplicably win for doing something incredibly stupid.
Here's your Music Meister.

Who's the guy on the end?
If aliens use magic, is it magic, or alien tech?
Magic unless they need to use devices
>>89681230
Alien technology except for the stuff they can do naturally, like holograms and fusion and shit.
>>89681409
Is that magic, or is it just a natural capability, like a spider making webs?
What if gems ARE technology? What if they're magic?
