Has anyone here tried the "Portobello" as a bun meme for vegetarian sandwiches? Is it any good or does it over power the fillings?
That looks retarded as fuck. Why not just use a regular bun and make the portobello one of the fillings like normal people have been doing for decades?

Most chefs work their entire careers without seeing a single star.

Bagged milk is strange but it's pretty great. I didn't even get it until I moved in with some friends in college a few years back despite never leaving Canada.

>Follow instructions coffee is water
>Use a bit more coffee, it's too strong
Why do people use these things?
>>7921499
Heck if I know, I don't drink coffee.
But the solution seems really easy: add an amount of coffee in between the two different amounts you tried already.
I'm sorry you're too dumb to work a coffee machine. My regards.

>>7921356
Why would chunks of plant fiber dissolve in a drink?
>>7921356
Do you think your regular purple drank is made by shaking grapes in water until they dissolve ? Fucking neanthertal

I have had kangaroo meatballs. It tastes like lamb.
At a local food festival a work colleague had an alligator burger and he didn't shut up about how great it was for several weeks. He had it on the last day of the festival too so I didn't find out about it until it was too late.

I ate gator once, it was chewy as fuck, I didn't really like it. I've also had shark which tasted kind of like chicken but it's texture also gave me a weird okra vibe
>>7921445
Chewy? You must have been unlucky, I ate gator 2 times, ad both times it was the softest, most delicate meat I have ever eaten

Who homebrew in here?
I'm very interested in trying it out and am looking for some advice on where to start and what supplies to get.
Any other tips?
Nah I gave up pretending I was better than professionals when I hit 0 years old
I've just started my first batch of mead a couple of days ago, it began to ferment yesterday.
The only advice I have is start small, as per >>7921016, it's all very well wanting gallons of homebrew but only if it's drinkable. The easiest way I learnt was by talking to the woman in my local homebrew shop, scouring the internet was a conflicting pain the arse.
>>7921016
> what I think of home brewing. Yeah that's great, but drink your own mistakes. No offense.
Fucking spot on lad
