Grab the schnucks brand/local butcher shop for your meats and cheeses.

I prefer boars head over the prepackaged deli meats in the refrigerated section. To me it just seems to have a better taste and no chemical taste to it. As for the price, I don't mind paying the extra for it.

Any city in the US with a decent sized Mexican population will many latino super markets sell all the stuff you listed and more at rock bottom prices.
