Hello my friends.

So over the years, I have worked at many pizza restaurant establishments. Through them all, I carried a love for the pineapple. Both on a pizza and off, it is delicious.
On a pizza however, a pineapple truly begins to shine: normally pizza can dry out, or be too salty. Or a vegetarian complains you are forcing her to eat a pizza with meat, whatever. Pineapple's got you covered.
Now I understand if you have an allergy to pizza or something, you may not go for it. Pussy.

instant noodle eaters

what are the best cuts of meat for your base chicken stock?
I'm finding necks are too gelatinous, thighs are good but I have to curry them afterwards

does anyone have any idea about hot to get a really clear stock?
blanching the meat first and cleaning the pot works well, egg white is well known but not ideal
does anyone have reliable sources for information about why acid causes clouding?
I hear it's to do with breakdown of the fats, and that boiling a stock has a similar effect
but people are full of shit

can maltose be crystallized, or used for glazing/preserving fruit?
can chocolate be "stretched" with something if it's only being used for a garnish ?
what is the best way to make a thin chocolate dome for a dessert, using a chilled metal dish is fine but I need a really uniform thickness

maltose isn't the same as malt, but anyway
it can freeze, but will it crystallize in the same way sugar does?
and I'm wondering if it's preservative property would simply be relative to it's sugar content
I'm trying to make candied fruit that isn't so sweet

if it works I'm going to make preserved cherries for cocktails, marachinos don't last long enough when opened and glaze are too sweet by far

I'm not sure about a mould, I'm after a large sperical dome not just a semi-circle
I would have to cast the chocolate like you would with a metal vase
I could also make a sphere around a solvable solid ball, or make them around a balloon
it would be easier to join two half spheres I suppose

Wrecked 3 cars DUI, ended up in the hospital from the last one with half my face torn off, six broken ribs, and a shattered femur. Reconstructive surgery and a permanent titanium rod in my leg later I'm back to drinking a liter of tequila a night. Get a new job, everyone there is an alcoholic, there's a bar stocked full at work. how do I actually cook rice?

Do these actually add flavor to anything or do they just take on the flavor of what they are cooked with? I have always used them out of habit in stir fry and curries but I don't really notice them, they just seem like filler.

They're just filler food really. Mushrooms for people who don't actually like mushrooms but don't want to sound like whiny children.

I do use them at times, but in combination with other mushrooms (like when I need to bulk up a stroganoff that uses dried mushrooms) or in sauces with white wine and garlic.

You know how I good at Counter Strike? I played almost all day for years. But you can only cook a couple meals a day, if that. And most of the time you are just chopping. So, it's a slow process.
