Newsflash: 4chan and reddit are so far from the cutting edge anymore, that you can be virtually guaranteed that NOTHING you see on here will amount to anything. When the next big thing actually does come along, it will be miles from here. There won't be even a hint of it here. For all you know, it's going on right now, and you have never heard of it.

That was then, and this is a different time now. Nobody was expecting that shit to happen, nobody really knew what the fuck to expect. All the people who got really rich of bitcoin (besides price manipulating millionaires) bought into it way before you ever heard of it.
Now everyone is anticipating the next thing, so eager to jump on it, which is exactly why it won't happen.

/biz/, I may be able to get some money for some minor medical malpractice. I'd most likely use it to get a patent on an idea I have and start my own business, but I don't know how I feel about that. Tbh it feels kinda cheap. It would feel a lot better if I saved up my own money and used that, but this would probably be a lot quicker. Should I stick to principle or just say fuck it, money's money?

Maybe some of you seen the thread earlier in which I posted a screenshot of the new game I am working on for iOS and Android.
Again, the screenshot was taken on the inbuilt SDK emulator so the resolution is not the best.
I am still considering releasing this game as a "premium" release and charging users to download it - compared to relying on advertising as my revenue stream.
Thoughts? Comments? Would you like to see a video?

I'll soon publish a website that'll sell some virtual goods. I plan to sell them via Paypal. Thought, I want to protect my business. I know it's possible with Paypal to send money then cancel the payment.
How can I avoid that ?

I assume you're pretty small scale and will be doing whatever it is you're doing by hand more or less. you'll probably take a few loads in the mouth due to fraud no matter how hard you try. get the funds out of your paypal as soon as possible too and dont link it to your main bank account, they will freeze it as soon as they find a reason to.

Possible, but not recommended.
If you're up the challenge, do a double major in 4 years at a good school. That way, you have enough time for internships and such, as well as being able to maintain and higher GPA and having time to network.
Doing a bachelor in 2 years will not benefit you in the long run more than what I mentioned above.

Because I got depressive and could not finish my university graduation because of it, I have a lot of money issues. I lived a very comfotable lifestyle in my time as student.

I was planing on buying a recycling machine (makes plastic pellets) and start a business, I live in a small country (50k people) and there is no one that is in this business, so I would be the only one.

Bad idea man, actual recycling centers are currently having a hard time on their own with plastics, since the price of oil has dropped so much it can be difficult at times to sell pellets.
