/biz/, we know that salary transparency between employees gives collective bargaining power and I've always been open about mine, although it's very much against British culture. Anyway:

>she asked for more money and threatened to leave
Next thing, management asks me why the hell I told her what my salary was, and that she asked for more money or she walks. They seem to know she likes her job and will call her bluff, but I'm apparently "creating unnecessary tension".
Who's in the wrong here?

I'm sure anyone who has declared political allegiance will tell you they know the answer, but I doubt that.
Those against it are probably focusing on the (very real) initial economic hits due to uncertainty.
Those for it are focusing on the (unproven, so far) future cost benefits.
Both sides probably allowed their respective views of globalization to prejudice their opinions.

when someone says the stock market is being affected by political decisions, what they are really saying is the 70% or so stock holders that day trade extensively and the 20% or so market fund managers (not as many care about politics) will adjust their positions in an attempt to predict future policies set by either a republican or democrat president which are fairly different in their goals. It isn't panic selling, just a shift of wealth to safer stocks and bonds.
Brexit, and any other large countries decision isn't necessarily bad for the market in the long term, it is the short term that causes problems until they reacquire new terms and contracts.

A few years ago, a friend and I decided we wanted to get into business together. We formed an LLC in New Jersey. After forming the LLC, we both became pretty busy and basically forgot about it. We never performed any business activities or filed anything after forming. So now, about 3 years later, I was looking into how to dissolve the entity. I see that I have to pay about $500 in fees to reinstate the business, then $125 more to file the dissolution paperwork. I'm also seeing that NJ charges LLCs a minimum $500 annual tax. As we've never done any business, we have never filed an annual report or paid taxes. So it looks like I'm looking at about $2,000 to get the entity up to date and pay back taxes. This sounds ridiculous to me as we never even did anything with it.
Would it be possible for me to just walk away from all of this? I'm worried that somewhere down the road, the unpaid taxes will continue to accrue and they'll come after me. Would it be better to just pay for my own stupidity and count this as a lesson learned?

Remember when I used to make threads being worried about Adsense fucking you up if you covered anything that was sightly controversial? well now as you can see, Youtube got really hardcore about its politics and demonetized tons of shit.
I just don't know what the fuck to do. I have my 150k+ youtube channel with light content for kids, its making me around 300 to 400 a bucks a month, not bad, but the rates are shit due the public being kids and not only this, but being from hispanic speaking countries.
I would like to open another channel, or even a blog and do other stuff on other niches, im just scared as fuck about getting my adsense account fucked, and since you can only use 1 adsense account for everything, you would lose everything, and I don't want to risk lossing my successful and growing youtube channel because I decided to start a site on fitness and one of the pictures turns out to be "sexually suggestive" or some shit. Or I mentioned something that google doesn't like.
