I honestly think everyone here is in college and just slings penny stocks around to try and get rich when they don't even have $1k in the bank.

Do these governments and central bankers really think they can once and for all cyclic market behaviour? They cant possibly be this stupid.

So i've got like 180k to invest and so far i came up with this strategy

>If i sell after owning these apartments for 10 years i pay no income tax on the sale

You know, if you're that poor, your best bet right now is to just put your money into a tax-sheltered savings account that has a reasonable amount of interest.
If you don't have a lot of money (anything below 5k USD) then investing is not really your best bet unless you go with some ultra conservative mutual fund.
Stop thinking like a poor person, and soon you won't be a poor person anymore.
A penny saved is *two* pennies earned, because if you spend a penny you'll have to spend time to earn that penny back, but if you save it, you're saving the penny itself and the time it would have taken you to earn it back.

What is something that I can self-learn and get a job in with no college degree or previous experience? There HAS to be some technical shit that nobody bothers with that you can learn from a book. I don't mean something crazy, just the average $35,000 salary.
I'm tired of trading crypto, looking for burger flipping jobs, and getting no financial aid for shitty schools. It's time to invest into myself. I have enough for whatever books I need.
